-Apply your industry and marketing expertise to develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas; oversee a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals -Work with the Telco Sales team to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts -Develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within these accounts -Collaborate with the Asia Pacific (APAC) and global account-based marketing (ABM) program team to create and gain consensus for cross-portfolio go-to-market plans and marketing plays in alignment with strategic solutions portfolios and sales directives -Build, manage, and promote account-level ABM plans, including thought leadership content and relevant marketing assets and initiatives that align with the customer journey and sales buying stages; support the account go-to-market plan -Deploy ready-to-implement marketing initiatives and provide sales enablement on an account and industry basis, using various mediums including digital, events, and social media -Analyze metrics and reports to determine effectiveness of program activities and account-based marketing goals -Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 -10+ years of B2B demand generation, 5+ years of experience working in the telecommunications industry and field marketing experience with proven ABM-specific knowledge and skills-Experience working closely with leadership team and sales executives to develop marketing processes, strategies, and content requirements -Experience working in the IT industry with clear understanding of emerging technologies -Demonstrated ability to achieve practical results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams -Excellent and effective communication skills with the ability to build key relationships for both internal and external audiences -Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on campaign performance metrics -Knowledge of and experience with sales and marketing automation tools like Salesforce.com (SFDC), Eloqua, and Qlik Sense |
