| 仕事内容 |
・Prepare, review, comment on and negotiate complex contracts and other commercial transactional documents with customers, suppliers and partners in Japan and elsewhere around the world. ・Collaborate with and advise cross-functional business teams on legal and regulatory risk associated with sales, networks, data privacy, and service offering and distribution. ・Support of corporate matters including support of Finance Department in preparing annual filings. ・Manage external Japanese counsel. ・Provide local legal trainings to new hires and other personnel, as needed ・Assure conformity and consistency in application of legal and business policies and practices. ・Participate in efforts to enhance the legal department’s overall performance. ・Handle other tasks that arise from time to time and require the attention |

【必須（MUST）】 ・Education: LLB or JD or equivalent.・Qualified to practice in a Commonwealth, U.S. or Asian jurisdiction ・Japanese bar qualification preferred but not required. ・Minimum of five post-qualification years of legal support or similar experience in private practice and/or in-house, with experience in-house with a Japanese company or subsidiary within a global corporate group preferred. ・Strong verbal and written communication skills, including contract drafting and negotiation skills in both Japanese and English. ・Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ・Experience in technology sector. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Excellent analytical, negotiation and contract drafting skills in a variety of technology/licensing agreements including software, managed services and multi-tier channel reseller models.・Strong working knowledge of international commercial contract law, Japanese corporate law, competition law, software licensing, privacy and data protection and intellectual property rights. ・Astute commercial awareness, robust time and project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ・Solid experience in the telecommunications, Internet or IT field, ideally with a mix of law firm training and/or substantial in-house experience. ・Experience handling labor and employment matters in Japan, a plus. ・Solid experience providing legal support to Sales personnel. ・Additional verbal and written communication skills in a language other than English and Japanese, a plus. ・Ability to multi-task and provide follow-through on projects. ・Flexibility to work with colleagues and internal clients located globally. ・Upbeat temperament, dynamic personality and highly team-oriented approach to work. ・Enjoy working for a very fast paced team. |
