We aim high and deliver on our commitments. PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES: •Consulting in functional solution architecture. (Determine solution landscape, functional integration among various HCM/Cloud HCM areas) •Application and process specific solution consulting for HCM products (for a specific application: creation of solution design document, configuration and implementation based on solution design document, creation of unit test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go-live support) •Support in escalated projects •Performance of feasibility studies. Solution/ Functional Integration reviews •Support of pre-sales activities •Detailed planning of solution/ architecture implementation •Define detailed design for development requirements •Support in Project Management •Knowledge of HR theory and trends across multiple processes (e.g. Talent Management, Hire to Retire) •Customer satisfaction •Contribution to reusable content and innovation in virtual communities •Contribution to lead generation •Posts own information to share lessons learned and new tips and information •Understands and ensures that quality standards are met •Applies methods and tools appropriate to specific needs of the project •Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement of materials and delivery EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS: •Support account team to build business case, qualify business drivers •Engage early in HCM opportunities and assess customer’s functional and technical readiness to move to the product and the Cloud •Support scoping workshops and emphasise customer side readiness activities •Validate effort estimates and high level implementation timelines •Provide support with scoping requirements •Follow our company Methodology and project streams to implement projects •Provide instance strategy, integration strategy, data migration strategy, production cutover strategy and post go live support strategy etc. •Support customer to complete online learning (PTOs and virtual admin training) •Facilitate Project Kick Off meetings •Participate in weekly project manager meetings (internal) and weekly consulting delivery meetings •Work collaboratively with consultants to manage project deliverables •Coordinate with module leads and provide best/leading practices and guidance on cross module process and data integration •Maintain knowledge of HCM and Cloud product-suite, including reviewing the quarterly release updates •Lead small projects and change requests. •Ensure customer is referenceable, work with post-sales people and product reference team to create collateral (e.g. success stories, business transformation, videos, quotes etc) and customer details are available in Customer Reference Platform EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: •University degree or equivalent work experience •Japanese: Native or Fluent •English: Fluent •Basic knowledge of ERP is preferred •Formal certification and education qualification in HR domain will be additional advantage •Presentation and facilitation skills required •Microsoft Office skills required •Abilty to multi-task and prioritise deliverables •Acts as a coach for new colleagues •Mentor new consultants TRAVEL: •Work is 40-60% remote (exception is hybrid implementations where travel is increased) •Ad-hoc on-site visits for workshops, testing, planning, or steering committee meetings required |

【必須(MUST)】 WORK EXPERIENCE:•Sufficient HR domain knowledge related to the products for discussions with HR leaders •Five years consulting experience covering multiple HCM function modules including payroll •Solid understanding of the Cloud HCM product with additional on-premise HCM beneficial (especially Pay-Roll function implementation) •Ability to guide customers on On-premise HCM to Cloud HCM transition •Good understanding of ERP Activate methodology •Good knowledge of Project management tools •Good knowledge of Internal Knowledge Sharing tools •Ability to review existing processes then give accurate estimation and scoping for new Cloud HCM implementation / migrations •Strong communication skills •Strong collaboration skills •Effective stakeholder management abilities 【歓迎(WANT)】 •Experience with at least two full cycle implementation preferred |
