The company is on the grow again and now adding an Account Manager, to our National team, primarily to build a book of business in Japan. You will work closely with our Ad Sales to develop and manage relationships with key decision makers in the digital video ecosystem. A successful candidate will understand the nuances of desktop and mobile media buying/selling, programmatic and managed services. We’re seeking an individual contributor sales candidate who thrives in a startup environment and who has the organizational skills needed to build and manage a large and varied account list. ・Establish strong relationships with clients through the complete sales cycle ・Determine client needs and ensure proper contract execution for managed services (I / O) buying as well as programmatic ・Work proactively with internal teams to convey relevant and appropriate reporting to clients |

応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ・3+ years of digital ad account management experience with demonstrated track record of success・An experienced account management who can leverage their existing contacts with the local digital agencies to build a large book of business ・Relationships with the mid market businesses in the region ・High level of integrity, excellent presentation, organizational & communication skills ・A proven track record delivering on and exceeding revenue goals from multiple accounts ・Hands-on approach to tackling tactical as well as strategic work ・Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup in which cross-functional teamwork and initiative is a must ・Knowledge of programmatic buying ・BA / BS from an accredited 4 year college 【歓迎(WANT)】 特に無し |
