インターナル・オーディット Internal Audit Data Analytics Specialist, Analyst /Associate / Senior Associate / Vice President 職務内容 Job Description As a trusted business advisor and the third line of defense, Internal Audit provides assurance on the control environment through a risk－based audit methodology and industry leading tools. In addition, we benchmark controls to the leading standards, and encourage our partners to enhance their control environment. We also recruit, develop and retain a high－quality, empowered team that is a source of future leaders. Finally, Internal Audit aims to be an industry thought leader and an active contributor to the communities. The Internal Audit group has over 190 staff that is located in major cities around the world and has approximately 50 auditors in Tokyo HQ, where internal audits of diversified and complicated business or corporate functions relating to HQ can be performed. Internal Audit group seeks hard－working, self－motivated people looking to expand their understanding of diversified business model and enhance their skill set to further progress in their career. In addition, successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with overseas colleagues and be part of a team that includes subject matter experts and professionals who have achieved various qualifications, such as the Certified Internal Auditor （CIA）, Certified Information Systems Auditor （CISA）, or Certified Public Accountant （CPA） designations. This opportunity suits highly motivated candidates who have solid analytics experience to design and execute general and targeted data analytics to support various audit projects. This role is an opportunity for non－auditor candidates with development or quantitative analytics working experience to join the Internal Audit department. Auditors with relevant data analytics working experience are also encouraged to apply. 当社のIAにてグローバルに組織されたデータ分析チームのメンバーとして、経験豊富なデータ分析専門家（SME）を募集します。これは、内部監査プロジェクトをサポートするための、一般的またはターゲットを絞ったデータ分析の設計/実行において、確かな業務経験を持つ意欲的な方を求めるものです。また、内部監査およびデータ分析双方の実務経験を持つ者以外に、内部監査に係る経験は無くとも、システム/データに係る開発またはデータ分析に係る実務経験を持つ方であれば応募することが可能です。 Key Objectives ● As a member of the Data Analytics team, lead and execute data analytics projects in accordance with departmental internal audit standards and methodology. The position’s primary responsibility is to support all of Japan internal audit activities, risk assessment, continuous monitoring, audit execution, and audit issues follow－up. ● Work independently with auditees and with minimal supervision to identify data sources for analytics. Collect data to analyse to support the audit. ● Understand data structures; develop automation to extract relevant data for audit testing. ● Develop, test and implement data analytics solutions ● Visualize data analytics results and findings through visualisation tools such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, etc. ● Contribute to the expansion of the audit’s Continuous Monitoring Program by developing automated analytics and reports. ● データ分析チームのメンバーとして、当社IAの監査基準と手法に従い、データ分析プロジェクトをリード、実行します。また、日本における全ての内部監査活動、リスク評価、継続的なモニタリング、監査実施、監査問題のフォローアップなどをサポートする責任を負います。 ● 分析に向けたデータソースを特定するために、独立的な立場から被監査部署の関係者と協業の上、監査 ● データ構造を理解の上、監査におけるテスティングに関連するデータを抽出するために、自動化プログラム（コード）開発を行います。 ● データ分析ソリューションに係る開発、テスト、実装を行います。 ● Qlik、Tableau、Power BIなどのツールを使用して、データ分析の結果や発見事項を視覚化します。 ● 継続的監査（Continuous Auditing）の拡大・強化に貢献すべく、自動化された分析およびレポーティングツールを開発します。 |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 登録資格Requirements ● Minimum of 2 years' experience developing database queries or code development required as is demonstrated ability to write SQL queries and analyse large volumes of data. Prior experience designing and implementing data marts would be seen as an advantage. ● Prior experience in a data analytics role with hands－on experience working with data. ● Experience with software tools and languages used in data analytics and/or data mining such as SQL Server, Informatica, Python and R. Practical experience of using machine learning algorithms （e.g. Python Pandas） and/or searching technologies such as ElasticSearch would be seen as an advantage. ● Experience with visualization technologies such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI etc. ● Native level Japanese （or English） with strong, business level English （or Japanese） communication skills ● SQLクエリ（問合せ）の記述や大量データを分析する能力を証明すべく、最低2年間のデータベースに係るクエリまたはコード開発の経験を有していること。なお、データマートの設計と実装の経験があれば、更に望ましい。 ● 過去にデータ分析者としての役割を与えられた経験を有している。 ● SQL Server, Informatica, Python, R言語などのデータ解析とマイニングツールを利用した経験を有していること。なお、機械学習アルゴリズム（例:Pandas:Python Data Analysis Library）を使用した実務経験やElasticsearchのような検索技術を使った経験があれば、更に望ましい。 ● Qlik、Tableau、Power BIのような可視化ツールを利用した経験を有していること。 ● 日本語・英語の双方における高度なビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション力を有していること。 |
