■Perform all legal matters relating to the company’s solar/wind business （investment, development, operation, financing, corporate matters, etc.） ・Perform various tasks related to legal matters in the company ・Provide legal advice and guidance on legal matters ・Prepare/review/revise MOUs for asset acquisition, land related contracts, construction related contracts, service agreements with vendors, legal letters, NDAs, etc. ・Review contracts and legal documents to protect Company’s interests ・Organize legal documents and manage contractual obligations and deadlines |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Must hold Japanese lawyer certificate・Must have minimum 3－5 years of legal training/experience ・Experience minimum 3－5 years in a law firm or in－house legal department ・Relevant experiences from Real Estate or Investment companies ・Excellent writing and communication skills both in English and Japanese ・Knowledge of civil law, company law and commercial law and other regulations required for operation of the Company ・Knowledge of administrative documentation required for operation of the Company ・Documentation management experience ・A ”team player” who can work with the team regardless of age, gender or hierarchy ・Ability to communicate internally/externally in a proactive manner ・Ability to play active roles in new/unknown field ・Highly motivated with a stable background 【歓迎（WANT）】 ■Candidates who have the same or similar experiences as follows will be considered a plus・Experience in an energy, infrastructure or construction firm will be plus ・Experience in project finance for an energy or infrastructure project will be plus |
