Business Operations and Solutions, BOS, is at the intersection of the business, creatives, legal, finance, and tax, supporting our Marketing teams worldwide. We advocate on behalf of the business, distill back-end complexities, and create processes that reduce costs and eliminate churn. We believe by taking on this role, we allow the marketing teams to deliver products as quickly and efficiently to customers, without having to learn how to operate across support teams. We balance the needs of the marketing against corporate guidelines and look around corners to solve for issues that will affect the daily operations of the business. The projects we work on are usually global in nature and require a high level of strategic and tactical thinking. We are responsible for the investment in the Marketing teams, which covers a wide range of topics, such as Operational Expenditures, Hiring, Headcount, Capital Expenditures, and more. The efficient use of the team’s money and people are key to the business and we ensure it is being utilized and managed accurately. We ensure vendors are paid, there are no gaps in process, and all stakeholders are happy. We lead the efforts around budget management and know the finances inside and out. We ensure that no matter what craziness is hitting the business, continuity is ensured. While we continue to manage the tactical components of the day to day, we spend an equal amount of time identifying pain points and providing solutions. Living in process can lead to becoming static and we prefer to live in a constant state of iteration and we believe creating frameworks results in greater freedom for the business. As the Business Operations & Solutions Manager, you are a thought leader for implementing changes across the business, bridging the gaps between Finance, Legal, and the Business. You work with local leadership to report on the health of the business, manage short- and long-term operational planning, coordinate all finance related activities, and ensure proper reporting and liaising with other regional nodes to drive success. You ensure legal agreements are negotiated and compliant, create and implement Standard Operating Procedures, identify inefficiencies in workflows, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. You collaborate across a growing global team and share best practices with your peers worldwide to contribute to the creation of innovative operating procedures. You play an active role in operationally supporting new Marketplace launches. |

Primary responsibilities to include: Financial Integrity and Planning · Responsible for the key metrics associated with regional level accruals, financial restatements, and spend reporting. · Analyze volumes and spend for compiling high level reports. · Planning and management of operating and capital expenditures. · Accountable for leading spend to forecast conversations with local spenders. · Forecasting budget and spend. · Drive financial processes within the local team. · Take on key projects and analysis to make recommendations to the financial and resource business models. · Manage the reporting of KPI’s Vendor Management · Manage the relationship with local Legal and Tax teams. · Manage the relationship with key vendors. · Implement processes in alignment with local parameters. · Ensure necessary agreements are in place when on-boarding new vendors. · Manage changes to standard legal agreements to meet the needs of the business. · Responsible for ensuring complete compliance across regional spend. Process Improvement · Create digital solutions to facilitate the management and reporting of budget and resources. · Identify and ingest new businesses into the Operational workflows. · Build and maintain workflows, process documentation, and communication plans across a global team. · Lead operational efforts around new Marketplace launches · Provide opportunities to cut spending and streamline processes. · Work closely with Data Analytics and Reporting team to identify improvements opportunities. · Lead cross-functional process improvements with local teams and global peers. Reporting · Manage reporting and narratives for Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reports. · Manage inputs to key operational planning. · Provide detailed data analysis and metrics for leadership, reporting on top level view of long-term planning and goals. · Ensure budget to forecast, raise red flags when overages are imminent and provide solutions. · Deliver results under tight deadlines, without sacrificing a high standard of quality and detail. · Swift decision making in high stress, fast moving situations. · Detailed analysis of project level spend in collaboration with the creative and campaign management teams. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 BASIC QUALIFICATIONS· Bachelor's degree or equivalent required · Professional experience in a high volume, high production operations environment. · Experience with business process improvements and leading change. · High Proficiency with Microsoft Office · Experience managing a team and work cross functionally · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Proven ability to think clearly in ambiguous situations and make unbiased, ethical decisions. · Ability to identify issues and create plan to resolution. · Comfortable making data based recommendations to senior leadership. · Strong attention to detail. · Experience in Finance and Accounting 【歓迎(WANT)】 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS· Experience managing projects across multiple countries · Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma |
