Experience Manager takes a critical role realizing our vision in supporting our organization by “Performance Optimization”, “Member Assign Effectiveness”, and “Competencies Management.” SUPPORTING COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCES: ・Strong organizational development/performance management program job experience ・ Competent in the use of assessment / psychometric tools and integrating these into development solutions ・Solid experience and ability to perform in a large and matrix structure organization ・Familiar with Employee Relation practices ・Ability to influence key stakeholders ・Strong coaching and consulting skills ・Strong business acumen ・ Solid data analysis skill - Suggest ideas how to promote & close the tasks - Make reporting documents both in English & Japanese - Report the proper info to the appropriate leadership - Organize the regular & ad-hock meetings - Prepare/Facilitate - Suggest ideas how to promote & close the tasks - Task Design/Research/Visualization/Discussion - Create deliverables when the plan is fixed |
