Our team wants to help our customers discover up-and-coming artists, while also having access to their favorite established musicians. We focus on building a personalized, curated, and seamless music experience across our music apps, web player and other-enabled devices. We are looking for a motivated, customer-obsessed, analytical digital marketing manager to drive the growth of our business. This role will focus on new customer acquisition and own the strategy and execution of driving customer acquisition. This role will be responsible for marketing communications through various channels, compiling and analyzing customer and traffic metrics, and reporting on performance to our management teams. To do so, the successful candidate will partner closely with key internal teams, including consumer marketing team, technical teams, and retail categories. This position is responsible for providing a best-in-class customer experience across multiple platforms and services. This ideal candidate will deliver a set of high-priority strategic initiatives that bring Digital Music visibility and integrate Digital Music itself into the our shopping and browsing experience. You will execute programs to deliver these and quantify business results with data-driven analyses. You will need to be entrepreneurial and roll up your sleeves. Overall, you will be challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute new ideas, and establish best practices for Digital Music. Specific Responsibilities: Obsess over customers and how they engage with our platform on the website, apps and emails Create and schedule individual marketing campaigns for Digital Music across the website, mobile devices, music apps, and emails Take ownership of highly visible programs and projects including responsibility for measuring and analyzing the performance and identifying new opportunities based on customer and business data Understand various levers we have for improving customer engagement and conversion, analyze current performance on those levers and implement initiatives for improvement Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives and partnerships across business and support teams Partner with product and tech teams to build a roadmap and execute projects that lead to customer communication and engagement opportunities Develop best practices in execution and reporting that will serve as a model for existing international markets Write and present high quality documents to senior leadership Business Skills Needed: A tenacious self-starter who can serve as a strong advocate for our customer and our business Possess exceptional marketing, merchandising and project management skills Capable of handling multiple projects at once amidst rapidly-changing priorities and comfortable dealing with ambiguity Ability to be successful both as an individual contributor and a team player Ability to perform at both strategic and tactical levels Ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities, thrive on solving challenging problems and not afraid to challenge the status quo |

【必須(MUST)】 Bachelor's degree7+ years of marketing experience 5+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing for consumer products and services Strong quantitative and analytical aptitude Knowledge of Excel and demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and determine improvements Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot inefficient, unreliable processes Ability to deliver on multiple deadlines and prioritize compulsively as a self-directed individual, comfortable with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Comfortable with a varied set of software and editing tools and ability to learn new tools quickly 【歓迎(WANT)】 MBA/advanced degreeFamiliarity with SQL, databases, and web metrics Basic knowledge and experience with web authoring and marketing automation tools and willingness to learn both HTML and XML code if necessary to enhance or improve customer experiences Intuition for customer communication voice; adept at marketing copy writing Experience managing large-scale marketing programs and writing customer-facing content Passion for music and technology and the confluence of the two |
