Our Marketing team is looking for an experienced creative producer who can support the team in developing advertisement assets to promote our video business. This position will work closely with the brand manager to identify and develop executional approach for scaled advertisement campaigns aimed to promote individual video content and our service platform. Together with the brand manager, the creative producer will also communicate across multiple internal business groups and stakeholders to review and align on the strategic approach behind the creatives. After the strategy is aligned, the creative producer will work with advertisement agencies, show productions, media, talent agencies, and other external partners to develop the actual advertisement assets for designated marketing channels. This role will be reporting to the head of creative development team. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 · Native level verbal and writing skills in Japanese, strong English verbal and reading skills.· Exceptional verbal and written communications skills to evaluate marcom executions in the Japanese context and attention to detail. · 8-10 years in advertisement production management either from the client, agency, or production. · Thorough knowledge of either; online/offline advertisement media, creative production, or marketing communications for entertainment business. · Experience in influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across multiple locales and business units. · Proven success in delivering results in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment. · Able to face challenges with positive and creative ideas. · Passion to work for video entertainment content, and passion to work on new projects. 【歓迎(WANT)】 · Fluency in English mandatory to communicate with internal teams, although not mandatory.· Preferred industry and background: Entertainment, Music, Gaming, Advertisement agency/production, or Video productions. · Have demonstrated skill at initiating, managing and growing strategic partnerships with third parties, including navigating complex co-marketing arrangements with partners. · Demonstrated ability to work across global business teams. |
