外資系デジタルプラットフォームのデジタル広告アカウントマネージャーとして、独自のノウハウや先端のデジタルマーケティングテクノロジーを駆使して、クライアントの課題を解決して頂きます。クライアントのマーケティング戦略に沿って、デジタルマーケティングの戦略策定と施策立案、提案、実行、運用、レポーティングまで、最新のノウハウやデジタルマーケティングテクノロジー(ネイティブ広告)を活用しながら推進しご活躍頂く事ができます。 ・デジタルマーケティング戦略の策定、デジタルマーケティングプロセス設計 ・デジタル広告コミュニケーション/メディアプランニング、提案、実行、運用、レポーティング ・広告主・広告代理店との強いリレーションシップ構築 ※ビジネス英会話は必須となります。英語面接も必ず実施されます。(通訳なし) We are looking for an outstanding, execution focused and results-driven Sales Manager to work within the Global Growth Advertiser Sales team. This role sits within the newly created Growth Sales department. Growth Sales can be a significant driver of growth for our in the coming quarters and years. It is this department’s core responsibility to reply to qualified inbound leads, conduct outreach to new leads and prospects, demo, negotiate and close (quality) deals for sponsored content to be placed on the our platform. This is a new business Sales role within a new business sales team. Advertisers are expected to be investigated, identified, involved, and closed in order to expand and diversify the content provided. Candidates need to be strong sales-oriented professionals who can independently procure, forecast, and build content marketing transactions. 【Responsibilities and skills】 ・Understanding of digital technology & revenue ecosystem and explain product benefits within this context ・Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to prioritise effectively and efficiently without losing sight of the objectives ・Build and manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue booked Independently build a large pipeline of leads, pursue them and close deals. ・Work closely with your colleagues in the Sales Development team, other Growth Sales Managers to respond to inbound leads, conduct outbound research and prospecting as well as the Growth Sales Director and Regional Director to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals. ・Build realistic media plans to assist the advertiser in understanding how they can meet their objectives, goals and CPAs ・Interact with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign management ・Convey field intelligence to product management teams in regard to development features ・Manage presentations, build relationships |

応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ・Minimum 3+ year’s experience in a client facing sales or account management role・Strong sales capability with professional communication skills ・Strong analytical skills – an interest in looking at data and analysing it to be able to improve results ・Excellent time management and prioritization skills (handled a minimum of 10 accounts) ・Outstanding communication skills – native level Japanese, can communicate in English ・Experience working with revenue KPIs 【歓迎(WANT)】 ・Knowledge and experience of working with native advertising platforms・Experience in selling mid-funnel and upper funnel clients is advantageous ・Hands-on ad-operations experience – campaign set-up, monitoring, optimization and reporting for campaign success ・An understanding of the online publisher landscape within Japan ・Experience on product management on advertising platform |
