The Sales Team for our are responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships across media and advertisers direct to offer innovative solutions with our's product set. Currently our teams are working remotely, however once it is safe to do so this role will be based in the Tokyo office for some of the week. 【What will I be doing?】 ・Deliver ongoing management and development of client relationships to ensure ongoing business including Managed Service and Programmatic bookings running in Japan. ・You will use our’s full product suite to ensure that our continues to be a key partner for all the clients in your allocated agency patch ・You’ll be a source of knowledge and inspiration to agency partners – pushing the boundaries of cross screen programmatic and managed service video, ensuring our continues to be perceived as a true thought leader in this space ・Thinking strategically about opportunities for revenue growth, and will work with internal teams at our to achieve these ・Work towards (and pushing to exceed) significant targets in both IO and Programmatic spend ・Communicate complex, creative solutions to agencies and clients who may be unfamiliar or uncomfortable with the space effectively in an accessible way ・Understanding of client challenges and able to explain how our’s solutions can be advantageous and successful |

応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ・Significant digital media sales experience- ideally selling Programmatic solutions・A network of strong relationships and an excellent reputation with key media agency and client personnel ・An understanding of the video market ・Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment within tight deadlines ・Demonstrated experience generating leads and closing new business ・Experience achieving group goals; and not fazed by targets or metrics ・Experience generating revenue against personal targets (and love smashing them!) ・Native level Japanese speaker, ・英語ビジネス会話レベル |
