1. Define long－term vision, develop business case, and drive global leadership alignment 2. Work backward from customers and vendors to understand the needs, and translate them into product roadmap, requirements and execution plans 3. Work cross－functionally with global technology teams, Retail leaders, operations teams, and other business functions （e.g. Finance） to deliver high－quality and scalable solutions 4. Develop scalable mechanisms to enable expansion of the business solutions 5. Define, prioritize, and plan resources across functions to deliver to the desired business outcome 6. Own and manage the P＆L of the program 7. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 1. 10 years of strategic leadership experience.2. Project Management experience. 3. Experience hiring, leading, and managing a team. 4. Strategic mindset and data driven problem solving skill. 5. Experience working in a strategic consulting firm highly preferred. |
