当社ではカスタマーエクスペリエンスデザイン、デジタルマーケティング、デジタルチャネルに代表されるサービスを通じて最高の顧客体験を提供し、ビジネスを加速的に成長させるための支援をおこなっています。ロンドンやアムステルダムなど世界の各地域に拠点を持ち、グローバルな視点でクライアントの課題解決を行っています。この注力領域で、一緒にサービスを築いていけるメンバーを探しています。 当該部署ではプロジェクトを通して、クライアントに顧客中心に考える文化を醸成するとともに、プロダクトにかかわるビジネスやテクノロジ、運用チームも顧客にとっての価値やその提供プロセスをデザインします。また、デザインしたアウトプットを国内外のアジャイル開発チームとともに実現していきます。 【このポジションについて】 デザインチームメンバーとして、顧客体験を重視したサービスおよびプロダクトのデザインに従事していただきます。戦略フェーズよりプロジェクトに入ってもらうことにより、サービスデザイナーおよびクライアントと共創しながら本質的な課題解決を行うことが可能です。国内からグローバル企業までの幅広いクライアントが抱える問題を、東京だけでなく世界のオフィスに在籍するデザイナーやエンジニアとともに力をあわせて価値を提供します。 【職務内容】 ウェブサイトおよびアプリケーションのデザインコンセプトから始まり、デザインシステムの定義、魅力的かつわかりやすい画面デザインの作成 ・デザインリサーチおよびユーザビリティテストの計画・実施 ・コンセプト策定からそれに基づいたビジュアルの開発 ・クライアントの SME、オフショアのデザイン・開発チームとの協働。 ・ステークホルダーインタビューを含むユーザー調査への参加。 ・デザインシンキングのワークショップやプロトタイピングのサポート。 ・経験の少ないUI/UXデザイナーのプロジェクトにおける指導・サポート、および成果物のレビュー。 【About the Team】 We help clients to accelerate business growth by providing the best customer experience through services such as customer experience design, digital marketing, and digital channels. We have offices around the world, including London and Amsterdam, and we solve our clients' problems from a global perspective. We focus on this area and are looking for members who can build our services together as a core team. This team will design the value to the client and the process of providing it to the client, as well as the business, technology, and operations teams involved in the product, while fostering a client-centered culture through the project. The team will also work with agile development teams in Japan and overseas to realize the designed outputs. 【About the position】 As a member of the team, you will be engaged in service and product design with an emphasis on customer experience. By entering a project from the strategy phase, you will be able to co-create with service designers and clients to solve essential issues. You will work together with designers and engineers in our offices around the world to provide value to a wide range of clients, from domestic to global companies, by addressing their issues. 【Position activities】 Starting with website and application design concepts, define design systems, and create attractive and easy-to-understand screen designs ・Planning and conducting design research and usability testing ・Developing visuals based on concept development ・Collaboration with clients and offshore design and development teams. ・Participation in user research, including stakeholder interviews. ・Support design thinking workshops and prototyping. ・Mentoring and supporting less experienced UI/UX designers on projects and reviewing deliverables. |

【必須（MUST）】 必須条件】・５年以上の Web サイト (PC・スマートフォン) のデザイン実務経験 ・モバイルアプリケーション(iOS・Android) のデザイン実務経験 ・デザインガイド・デザインシステムの作成経験 ・Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / XD の操作 ・デザインの意図の言語化 ・日本語ネイティブレベル、ビジネス英語コミュニケーションレベルが必要 【Necessary Requirements」 ・At least five years of experience in website (PC/Smartphone) design ・Experience in mobile application (iOS, Android) design ・Experience creating design guides and design systems ・Operation of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / XD ・Verbalization of design intent ・Native level of Japanese language proficiency ・Business level English proficiency ・Undergraduate or Masters Degree in Design (Product, Service, Graphic…) 【歓迎条件】 ・Sketch、Figma、Miro、Office365 の操作 ・HTML5・CSS3・JavaScript などのコーディング経験 ・アプリ開発におけるエンジニアとの協業経験 ・英語を使った業務経験 【歓迎（WANT）】 【Nice to Have】・Experience with Sketch, Figma, Miro, and Office365 ・Coding experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc. ・Experience collaborating with engineers in application development ・HTML/CSS coding skills or understanding would be beneficial but not mandatory ・Experience working with English and multicultural environments 勤務地： 本社(23区)、リモートワークメイン |
