Inside sales is responsible for the renewal quota of the country/region, working proactively and supporting Sales and Channel in order to make sure that the 3 main renewal KPI are met: Renewal Billing, Renewal Rate and Retention Rate Responsibilities: • Support and assist Customers, Sales, Partners & Distributors with full Renewal Sales cycle including: generating install base asset reports via the Renewal Tracking System, generate quotes, assist with quoting, create proactive upsell quotes. As well as, enforce management of Salesforce Renewal opportunities to assigned Sales Reps, assist with product refresh/upsell data & tracking, Trading up, ELA/ESA data support (Enterprise Agreements), EOS/EOL data (End of Support), RMA troubleshooting, general Renewal expertise knowledge share etc. • Utilize Salesforce CRM, Renewal Tracking System and Tableau daily along with all necessary applications to manage and optimize sales of Renewal opportunities. • Provide weekly forecast and visibility on numbers and on business activities conducted in the country to country channel and sales leader and APJ Regional Renewal Team leader. • Working closely with APJ Renewal central team in order to implement the global renewal strategy, programs and promotions. |
