仕事内容 ■Job Summary
The Rollout Manager (RM) is responsible for helping our global marking client (GHQ located in Japan) to have a strong alignment with regional marketing disciplines (RHQ function) over global car image production called certain Motor Company's Global Configurator Program, a product which helps customers to explore, design and customize their own vehicle online and gives an overview of valuable information before purchasing a car. RM manages the regions of Asia and Oceania for the rollout of vehicles 3D assets for the Motor Company's Global Configurator Program. Plans and assists with coordinating vehicle production schedules and costs for Oceania regions. Ensures markets’ feedback is communicated to production teams and collaborates with digital interactive teams to ensure data and requirements alignment between markets and production. Works closely with the Motor Global Company in Japan to ensure the successful deployment of Configurator assets to the customers’ websites. Manages complex sets of requirements for multiple vehicles for all relevant markets and ensures markets are always up-to-date with schedules, delays, information requests and costs. Is able to manage a complex set of schedules and deliveries and coordinate smoothly. Manages the escalation of production and post-production assets and deployment issues and ensures they are addressed in a timely manner. Investigates the root causes for those issues, reports them to and brings together all the relevant stakeholders to resolve quickly.

This role includes certain Motor Company’s GHQ regional engagement in other business area as well (e.g. informing if there is new regulation accouchement/guideline release, new service or content provision, etc.).

Responsibilities:
[Rollout Manager Scope]
・Manage the Oceania regions for the rollout of vehicles for certain Motor Company’s Global Configurator Program
・Understand and manage vehicle project scope per market
・Plan and assist with coordinating vehicle production schedules and costs for the regions
・Request and coordinate the deployment of vehicle assets to relevant server locations
・Coordinate and communicate feedback from all markets to the production teams
・Facilitate meetings between productions teams and markets to help align on vehicle specifications
・Coordinate with other Motor Company teams as directed by its global company
・Organize and attend meetings with all Oceania regions weekly and ad-hoc
・Attend global production meetings twice weekly
・Work closely and attend regular meetings with Global Motor Company and the leading schedule manager to ensure the smooth and successful deployment of Configurator assets
・Actively identify project risks and provide mitigation strategies in collaboration with the production teams to ensure market launch dates are adhered to
・Keep all the necessary documentation up-to-date and lessons learned with fellow rollout managers
・Educate stakeholders with the best company practices throughout project cycle
・Organize and lead on demand/ refresher trainings for regions and markets

[Engagement Manager Role]
・BAU operation
 - Update markets on digital platform releases
 - Organize and conduct weekly markets' meetings and keep track of the meetings' minutes
 - Organize any relevant/requested by markets meetings
 - Facilitate communication between markets and other parties (PACE/Adobe Analytics/Recharge, etc.)
 - Keep track of and assist markets with new projects/requests
 - Ensure markets have all the necessary knowledge/ educate them on various platforms and best company practices

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

【Qualifications】
・Bachelor’s degree in a related field; preferably PMI certified.
・Minimum of 4-6 years project management experience.
・Experience in working with an international team is a plus.
・Mac & PC literate, in the applications of Word, Excel, Project Jira, Tableau and Confluence.
・Highly proficient with Microsoft Office.
・Demonstrated success working in a small team setting.
・Superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills.
・Job requires evening work
