仕事内容 ■Job Summary
The digital experience is at the heart of the relationship between the brands and their customers.
With project CCS (Motor Company connected service and enterprise Customer Experience journey organizations, certain Motor Company aims to offer customers with the best experience through market leading technology for their online and offline interactions with the different Motor Company brands, be it through a computer, a mobile phone or a tablet, or personal experience with its representatives.
As Digital Strategist you will be a key member of the team owning and developing the strategic intent through market research and analysis, defining and validating business cases, determining KPIs, gathering and developing requirements, and creating and owning the project roadmap.
You will also act as advocate and educator of the CCS strategy you will have responsibility for. You will work with global and regional market teams and different functions in global to collaborate in developing program, building and enhancing strong relationships with various stakeholders across the globe, and proactively overseeing and ensuring execution of key programme initiatives. In addition, you will work in scrums with our global development partners.


Responsibilities:
・Function as digital strategist for the Motor Company connected service teams to deliver digital customer
experiences.
・Work closely with regional and global stakeholders to understand business needs and
strategic direction then build relevant solution mappings and concepts.
・Coordinate with multiple business, experience, and technical teams to define the program strategy, business case for the area of responsibility assigned to you.
・Providing PMO support to the Motor Company manager layers
 - Agenda preparation, incl. alignment among presenters. Facilitation / Coordination of
meeting with Stakeholders.
 - Program related Administration (Minutes writing and distribution, Project Documentation, stakeholder follow-up etc.)
 - Ensure all project related risks are managed and communicated to all stakeholders
 - Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of status reports
・Create and maintain materials that clearly communicate to stakeholder’s product
capabilities and delivery roadmaps.
・Validate solution value post release through analytics review and market coordination
events.

Note:
• This position needs to be able to…
 - Capture business requests from multiple markets and find the underlying issue
pertaining
 - Plan out how Global can meet these requests, and resolve/reduce the issue
 - Understand the current features on the platform and find ways to better improve in a
standardized way for the multiple markets
 - Develop roadmap planning and upgrade track for the platform
労働条件 Department: PMO + (Account Management)
*Consignment for global digital marketing department in certain Motor Company
Reports to: Digital Strategist (research and PMO support)
Location: Yokohama Office (Yokohama Station) & Onsite at the Motor Company
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

【Qualifications】
・Functional knowledge of web applications, information systems, digital marketing solutions such as mobile, social media platforms
・Experience presenting to managers/directors required
・Minimum of 2-3 years project management experience - understanding of digital workflow tools and how they interact/support agency process like Jira, Confluence, and Aha experience is required for lifecycle management, idea tracking, feature/project tracking, and documentation
・A background in automotive is preferred but not required. Strong strategy and product
development experience is considered more important with the ability to bring mature
process methodologies to certain Motor Company’s product team.
・Digital marketing knowledge, including content creation, campaigns, social media, digital
display media
・Experience presenting to managers/directors required
・Fluent English (Japanese is plus)
