| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・15＋ year experience in the Automotive/Consumer Electronics industry with experience across multiple disciplines（Technical Management, Project Management, Business Management, Quality, Manufacturing） ・Development of Electro－mechanical/Embedded Software products in line with Standard Industry practices/standards ・Cross cultural/global team management experience both at a functional and project level ・Proven track record to work with global teams to achieve organizational and project goals ・Organizational development experience both for specific technical skills and more general project/business skill 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・HMI/Graphic development knowledge・Knowledge and application of CLM tool chains to support product development ・Application of Functional Safety and Cybersecurity principles to product development ・Knowledge of ASPICE and associated development processes ・Experience in the use of standard quality tools |
