DX強化に伴い,サーバー運用のマネージャーポジションを募集します。 【ROLES ＆ RESPONSIBILITIES】 ・Provide management and technical oversight for systems administration and computer operations staff・Actively participate in the planning, design, and implementation of Wintel, UNIX and virtualized server solutions, infrastructure and related hardware ・Install, configure and maintain server infrastructure, including operating software, server management software, system backups, virus protection, messaging systems, etc. Manage outside services from third parties for hosting, co－location, disaster recovery, tape management, equipment maintenance, etc. ・Manage physical data center infrastructure including installation and maintenance of cabinetry, cabling, power, cooling, etc. ・Provide complex problem analysis, determination and resolution using industry standard utilities / tools as well as creative thinking ・Present solutions for future needs and future projects to upper management ・Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health ＆ Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities. ・Perform other duties as assigned SERVICE MODEL: Practices the service expectations linked to the service model Look－Focus－Act. Continuously scans the work environment by observing and listening to obtain information that addresses or anticipates the service needs of guests and fellow team members. Demonstrates active listening and effective questioning techniques, identifying options to satisfy the service needs of guests and team members. Based on the individual situations and desired results, selects the appropriate actions to efficiently meet or exceed the service expectation of guests or fellow team members. COMPLEXITY OF WORK: Non－routine; general policies applied to frequently changing situations; detailed understanding of technical issues. RELATIONSHIPS OUTSIDE WORK UNIT: Influences decisions of moderate nature requiring high degree of tact. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Daily oversight and supervision of Server team staff QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 【必須（MUST）】 【REQUIREMENTS】＊ Must be able to demonstrate detailed technical knowledge in the following areas: ・Microsoft Windows operating systems （Server 2003/2008, x64, etc.） ・HP Wintel hardware ・VMware deployment/administration ・Technical and functional understanding of AD, DNS, DHCP ＆ WINS integration, Group Policy, Security （including SID, GUID, permissions ＆ NTFS）, TCP/IP, SNMP, LDAP, ＆ Meta－directory technologies. ・Current LAN/WAN technologies ・Unix （Solaris, HP－UX） and Linux （RedHat） ・Microsoft Operations Manager （MOM）. ・NetApp Filers with SAN/NAS storage ・EMC SAN （CLARiiON, Celera, Symmetrix） ・Windows Server Update Services （WSUS － server patch mgmt）. ・Exchange, MS SQL and Sharepoint. Consistent attendance is a job requirement. EDUCATION: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience EXPERIENCE: 10＋ Years: ・Managing systems administration and data center operations staff ・Managing mid to large scale data center operations ・Administering Windows, UNIX and VMware servers ・Administering Exchange 2003, MS Clustering, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, MOM and WSUS ・Administering VMware ・Administering SAN/NAS ; or equivalent combination of education and experience. PLANNING HORIZON: Short Term （3 to 4 Months）. PLANNING KNOWLEDGE: In－depth department operating plan; awareness of overall Company goals. RESPONSIBILITY: Management of standard policies and procedures and facilitates work through direct supervision or project management. ACCOUNTABILITY: Subject to several levels of review by job’s management hierarchy. CERTIFICATES, LICENCES, REGISTRATIONS: Required: MCSE Preferred: VMware Certified Professional, EMC Certified Professional |
