| 仕事内容 |
• Increasing AUM from institutional investors from both existing and new clients with varieties of strategies • Identify opportunities for campaigns and distribution channels to support the businesses growth objectives. Design and execute targeted sales campaigns. • Manage sales plan effectively to achieve goals set by the firm’s medium－ term strategy • Team building depending of the development of the Institutional Business. • Serving as the lead point of contact for all existing institutional client and maintain strong, long－lasting client relationships • Preparing tenders for potential new institutional clients, and work together with all internal stakeholders • Working with Portfolio Managers to prepare for meetings and roadshows and attend meetings with clients and produce call memo on those meetings • Attend research events （fund manager briefings, industry awards） • Organizing seminars or events depending on needs of investors • Competitor analysis • Devise sales positioning for new product launches • Engage with Product teams to assess demand for capabilities and contribute to the planning and execution process for new fund launches • Engage with Legal ＆ Compliance team to comply with regulatory requirements and internal rules to produce sales material and reports. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • 10 years or more of Financial Services Sales and Investment Experience, such as institutional sales, equity research and investment advisory• Previous experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account manager or similar • Proven sales successes with large corporate pension funds, public pension funds and other institutional investors such as insurance companies. • Existing relationships within the industry • Established sales processes （calendar management, appointments, CRM management） • Fluent in English and Japanese |
