ヨーロッパ最大手のフランス系銀行の東京支店で営業企画部員(Associate)を募集しております。英語で恐縮ですが、職務要項は以下になります: Position Purpose (職務概要) Global Coverage Solutions (GCS) is an integral part of the client coverage organization. The team is involved in all matters relating to client strategy in close collaboration with the coverage teams, supporting management decision making through value-added reporting, as well as in business development and coordination with other business development teams. The team working closely with regional GCS and Japan desks in EMEA and Singapore. Key Responsibilities(職務内容) Marketing Solutions • Produce and ensure quality of opportunities pipeline, coordinate P67/NCAP/GSC clients’ internal meeting and other pipeline review meetings. • Promote active usage of CRM systems and best practices. Ensure data quality and integrity in tools. • Grow the visibility of Japanese clients and the Japanese Coverage teams internally through Deal letters, flash and other communication. • Work with Coverage teams in the development of appealing, timely and relevant marketing material highlighting the bank’s capabilities, recent deals/achievements and client interactions. Reporting and Analysis • Support Head of Corporate Coverage on weekly activity reporting which include pipeline update, remarkable deals as well as call reports analysis, etc. • Produce monthly reports on Japanese client activity for Coverage head and the team in collaboration with the regional team. Provide value-added analysis to support decision making and ensure quality of the information. • Support the Head of Corporate Coverage in assessing Banker’s performance by analysis the KPI for appraisal. Business Development and Client Strategy • Support the definition of the Global Client Strategy for Japanese Pilots and MnC clients and the healthy exchange of information between Japan and dedicated coverage and Business Development teams across regions. • Lead the Client Action Plan and Budgeting exercises in collaboration with the Coverage teams. Track progress on the Action Plan. • Lead prospection, client mapping and benchmarking exercises in support of Coverage’s growth plans. Client Onboarding Solutions • As SCBO and CRM for Financial Institutions in Tokyo Branch for KYC purpose (Onboarding and recertification). • Ensure Know Your Customer (KYC) and Due Diligence Processes, including requesting documents from Clients and associated follow-ups, whilst working closely with Client Engagement and Protection team. • Working closely with Client Engagement and Protection team to monitor and ensure KYCs are up-to-date in accordance with the Bank’s standards, policies and procedures. |
