Key interfaces with business leaders/local Country Controllers/Global Finance team to provide effective and meaningful analysis of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial ＆ KPIs performance and business reports to local/regional/global management team in a timely and accurate manner, including ensuring the compliance for the region Review country submission of monthly financial and KPIs reports to ensure timely and accurate financial information to the Group Drive and monitor working capital optimization for the region Formulate and handle budget and forecast for the region independently Review and develop the regional financial policies ＆ procedures Support Global/Regional projects and coordinate alignment with Global Guidance Participate on strategic conference on monthly, quarterly, yearly basis where needed Improve R2R process, with a help of supporting system |
