仕事内容 Our company is looking for a Head of APAC, who will lead our fast-growing region from our Singapore or Tokyo office, reporting directly to our company’s Chief Revenue Officer.
As the Head of APAC at our company, you will have full responsibility for the region and will be accountable for delivering on the revenue goals for the region. The responsibilities will include leading the business teams in the region, building the regional sales strategy, executing our go to market plans, building partnerships & establishing new business opportunities in the region.
The Head of APAC will be responsible for all of our company’s active countries and offices (Tokyo, Singapore, Sydney, Mumbai) in the APAC and will own a P&L that will enable her/him to prioritize resource allocations in a dynamic environment.
Expected results are attainment of revenue, profitability, and forecast accuracy goals.

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

・At least 5 years agency/ATD sales experience in digital video advertising with a deep understanding of the programmatic video ecosystem
・BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, business, related field or commensurate experience
・Rolodex and strong relationships within agency trading desks, agencies, DSPs and direct brands
・Proven track record establishing, developing, and executing key programmatic partnerships
・Strong track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills
・Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, smart-working, able to drive multiple projects to completion
High energy, positive attitude, adaptable, team player
・Experience & ability to manage multiple projects and to balance competing objectives; the ability to define and deliver on expectations and balance customer needs with business priorities
・Proven success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally
・Fluent in English & Japanese
