1.1 勤務場所 横浜本社、名古屋営業所 1.2 所属するグローバルユニット R&D 1.3 職務内容 製品設計、開発 1.4 所属課 特定の自動車OEM担当課（場合により他OEMも担当） 1.5 ポジション名 シニアデザインエンジニア 1.6 役割 設計チームを効率的にリードし、製品開発の品質、コスト、タイミングを満たすために適切な作業スタイルで設計・開発業務を遂行する。 フォーカス: 製品と技術 2 組織 2.2 レポーティングライン 実務上のレポートライン: • Head of R&D Japan. 組織上のレポートライン: • 自動車OEM担当マネージャー. 2.3 労働条件概要 週40 時間（仕事量により残業有）。フレックスその他は当社勤務規定による。工場、事務所顧客及び仕入先の事務所、工場への定期的出張有。 2.4 部下 (人数とレベル) 設計担当者、ＣＡＤオペレーターなどのチームの組織上のリーダー。 2.5 社内に於ける他部門との関係 社内での担当設計製品に関する設計責任者 2.6 対外的に関係する組織 顧客、仕入先、エンジニアリングサービス会社、その他ビジネスパートナー (品証,プログラムマネージャー, 生産工場, 生産技術, 担当製品事業部, …) 3 責任 3.1 コストセンター、予算 予算、コスト責任は負わない。 3.2 オーナーとなるプロセス 設計プロセス。 3.3 決定権 図面承認 3.4 その他の能力 顧客の立場を理解した節度あるコミュニケーションスキル。CAD 作業の管理,指揮+ SAP 部品表 4 仕事に要求される能力 4.1 学歴 工学士または修士の学位。 4.2 実務経験 エンジニアリングで10年以上、そのうち５年以上が自動車関係かつバックドア、サイドドアラッチの設計経験 5 職務内容 5.1 基本的な責任 • 受注過程、受注後、量産品の設計においてロバスト性、コスト、生産性、組立性などを考慮した製品設計を主導する。 • 設計者とCADオペレーターをコーディネートすると共に設計チームの仕事内容と期限を設定する。 • 顧客と直接コンタクトし設計コンセプトと詳細のアライメントをとる。 • 設計工程の進捗を管理し設計チームの効率的な作業を実現する。 • 設計意図、モデル構造、データ品質、適用規格に注意を払って、設計ドキュメント (CAD モデルと図面、BoM) をリリースします • 以下の部門に対して製造の実現可能性に責任を負います。 o 社内: 生産技術、品証 o 社外: 仕入先、SQ • DQDなどを使い設計要件の積極的マネジメントを行う。 • FEMAなどを使い技術的なリスクアセスメントを行う。 • 設計プロセス全体 (試作、量産承認、量産) を通して自動化工程、PPAP及び品質状況が潜在的な機能への影響を伴うことがおこっていないか注意を払います。 • プロジェクトポートフォリオ全体で設計レビューを実施し、割り当てられたプロジェクトのアクションをフォローアップします。 • 当社と顧客のプロセス、技術基準と品質基準、および法的規制の遵守を監督します。 • 当社は、健康上のリスク、労働災害、環境および安全上のリスクを防止するために必要な義務を、担当分野の現職者に委任します。 • リード エンジニアおよびカスタマー エンジニアリング マネージャーとの緊密な連携を行います。 • 専任のリードエンジニアがない小規模および中規模プロジェクトの場合、リードエンジニアの役割も引き継ぎます。 5.2 スキルと能力 • 優れたエンジニアリングバックグラウンドと技術力 • エンジニアリングおよび設計方法、ツール、プロセスに関する優れた知識 (つまり、CAD、キネマティクス、シミュレーション、トレランス スタック分析など) • ドア、ロック、ラッチなどクロージャー関係に関する知識。技術的な決定を実行し、社内外のパートナーの前でそれらを弁護できる必要があります。 • ビジネスレベルの英語能力。 • ネイティブレベルの日本語能力。 • DRBFM の知識 • 自動車OEMの開発プロセスに合わせて開発した経験。 1.1 Location Yokohama 1.2 Global Business Unit R&D 1.3 Functional Area Product Design and Development 1.4 Department Particular Car OEM and other Japan Customers 1.5 Jobtitle Senior Design Engineer 1.6 Job role Leads a design team efficiently and implements an appropriate working style to meet quality, costs and timing of product development Focus: product & technics 2 Organization 2.2 Reports to Disciplinary: • Head of R&D Japan. Functional: • Head of (a Particular OEM Customer) Japan. 2.3 Working Conditions 40 hours/week and more, regular travel to customers, suppliers and production plants. 2.4 Employees (Number and Level) Functional leadership of a team of designers and draftsmen 2.5 Internal Business Relations Represents the design of a product within the company, member of the program extended team 2.6 External Business Relations Customers, suppliers, engineering service companies, other business partners (QA, PM, OP, ME, PU, …) 3 Responsibility 3.1 Cost Center Budget No cost center budget responsibility 3.2 Process Owner of Design process 3.3 Decision Taking Authority Design approval 3.4 Additional Requirements Excellent communication and moderation skills, strong customer orientation CAD supervision + SAP BoM 4 Business Competence 4.1 Education Diploma, bachelor or Master of Engineering 4.2 Pracitical Experience > 10 years of engineering; >5 years automotive and related to backdoor or sidedoor latch products 5 Job Description 5.1 Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Leads the design of a product during acquisition, customer project and series with focus on robustness, cost, manufacturability and assembly. • Coordinates the team of designers and draftsmen, defines tasks and deadlines for the design team members • Is in direct contact with the customer (OEM) to align design concepts and details • Controls the progress of the design process and ensures effective and efficient work of the design team • Releases design documents (CAD models and drawings, BoM) with attention to design intent, model structure, data quality and applicable standards. • Is responsible for manufacturing feasibility in regards to: o Internal: ME & QA (PROKON) o External: Supplier & SQ (component FA) • Is responsible and actively conducts requirements management with state-of-the-art tools like DQD • Is responsible for the technical risk assessment with state-of-the-art tools like FMEA • Assesses FA, PPAP and quality status with potential functional impact during entire design process (proto, first qualified parts, serial) • Conducts design reviews across the project portfolio and follows up actions for assigned projects. • Supervises the compliance with Our Company and customer processes, technical and quality standards, as well as legal regulations • Complies with the Our Company’s and the customer’s quality policy and quality management system • Our Company delegates the necessary duties to prevent health risks, occupational injury, environmental and safety risks to the incumbent in his/her area of responsibility • Intensive collaboration with Lead Engineer and Customer Engineering Manager. • For small and medium scope projects without dedicated “LE”, the SDE also takes over the the role of the LE 5.2 Skills & Abilities • Excellent engineering background and technical ability • Excellent knowledge of engineering & design methods, tools and processes(i.e. CAD, kinematics, simulations, tolerance stack analysis, …) • Product knowledge, must be able to effectuate technical decisions and defend them in front of internal and external partners • Fluent English • Native level Japanese speaker • Knowledge about DRBFM Methodology • Experience with Car OEM engineering processes |
