1. Work closely with the leadership team and employees specifically in Japan, but not limited to, on communications initiatives that incorporate the vision, mission, values, and strategic growth priorities of company • Translate brand desire and value proposition（s） into compelling stories – both short－ and long－form － to tell across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels （platform agnostic） • Create and support overarching messaging/editorial framework that supports key BUs and positions spokespeople as thought leaders • Ensure consistency of messaging aligned to corporate brand and strategy • Strategically map most compelling and desired dimensions of stories to audiences and platforms （channel strategy） • Work with key senior leaders in Japan on contributed content/speeches/articles • Contribute to internal communications including plans for communicating company vision, values, and initiatives to employees to foster shared understanding and engagement • Work with Chief Storyteller to help drive innovation/innovative content solutions • Adopt use of and be the source of storytelling frameworks, approaches and best practices in Japan Details of working hours and wages, whether there is a trial period, enrollment insurance, etc. will be disclosed at the time of the interview with the job seeker |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications/Journalism or a related field, with a minimum of 8－10 years of experience.2. Native level of Japanese and business level of English 3. Experience in corporate newsrooms 4. Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare industry communications environment is preferred. 5. Excellent writing, copyediting, proofreading and communications skills 6. Demonstrated ability to understand the big picture and develop creative, engaging and impactful stories to bring the story to life 7. Proven ability to convert value propositions into persuasive narrative－based content/copy; experience distilling complex concepts into content that is easy to consume 8. Deep understanding of story structure and storytelling 9. Familiarity with modern mediums and channels; Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Yammer, Reddit, Quora, etc. 10. Exceptional attention to detail, with strong strategic, analytical and planning skills, as well as a creative approach to problem solving. 11. Ability to deal with ambiguity, manage multiple priorities and juggle schedules and still deliver in high pressure situations 12. Strong communication and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and persuade at senior levels internally 13. Ability to build and maintain the positive and collaborative working relationship with internal and external stakeholders 14. Open to feedback for improvement with growth mindset 15. Experience producing and building content for social, web 16. Video production experience － from concept and storyboards, to script writing and casting, to editing and CGI/post－production 17. Effective project management skills and proven capability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. 18. Budget management skills. 19. Change management experience is a plus. |
