Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Drive an effective and efficient full funnel media activation to support brand priority concept / campaign with integrating multi-media consumer touch point including performance media under full alignment with the Country Brand Activation teams and eCommerce. ■Key Responsibilities: ・Lead the development, preparation and implementation of the full funnel media plans for key brand concept / campaign for the brand. ・Define role of each media in holistic media strategy and develop optimum media plan under it. ・Closely collaborate with other Brand Activation functional members to operate media planning / buying process efficiently. ・Optimize media buying through orchestration of media / category mix and phasing of key brand concept / campaign’s media budget. ・Negotiate quotations with vendors by setting clear objectives and expectations, and evaluate and recommend pricing levels for all media purchases ・Post-evaluate campaigns and competitors’ performance and collates research and results into regular quality reports ・Build strong relationship with media agencies, vendors and media owners ・Constantly review the internal process with local and APAC stakeholders to improve the performance of Media Activation as a team. ・Responsible for the recruitment of additional or replacement team members. ■KPI’s: ・Paid Media KPIs (ROAS, reach, frequency, CPA, etc.) ・Share of Search ・Brand Market share ・Sell-out (Key concepts) ・Sell-out of eCommerce, app installs, member acquisition ・Compliance to MWB guidelines ■Key Relationships: ・Country Director Brand Communications ・Country Brand Activation (Brand Comms, Digital Activation, Omni-Channel Marketing, Newsroom, Culture Marketing, Sports Marketing) ・eCommerce ・FP&A ・APAC Brand Activation Media ・External partners (Agencies, media) |

【必須(MUST)】 ■Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:・Knowledge of the full marketing mix (Advertising, Events, Sponsorship, Retail, PR, Digital) and media planning and buying with a major brand or retailer (sporting goods industry preferred) ・Ability to develop local media plan following global guidelines ・Marketing budget planning and management ・Strong track record at building relationships and partnering with internal stakeholders on complex business problems to develop actionable recommendations on strategic and operational level. ・Excellent project management skill including the ability to work on several projects on a local and global level simultaneously ・Outstanding problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and propose solutions to various technical and business issues ・Specify new processes, products and/or standards based on organizational strategy ・Implement business strategies with some impact on business unit and function results ・Advanced user of MS Office suite of products ・Proven leadership and managerial skills; Set clear objectives for team members; Accountable for performance and salary reviews; Provide expertise in supervised area ■Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: ・University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience. ・Minimum 4-7 years of experience with broad and deep knowledge in paid media including performance media. ・Fluent communication in Japanese, Business level English ・Experience of managing direct response campaigns to ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPL, and CPI ・Ideally have experience of working internationally and in settings requiring cross-cultural sensitivity |
