| 仕事内容 |
1. Provide practical legal advice on the potential impact of all current and planned laws and regulations affecting the organization, including corporate law, contract law, employment law, antimonopoly law 2. Support compliance processes, IT systems, and training programs, including those related to antitrust, anti－corruption, anti－money laundering, business partner integrity and export control as well as data privacy and information protection 3. Review commercial contracts, such as service, purchasing, distribution, confidentiality and other agreements with business partners and update standard templates 4. Act for the organization to protect its legal and business interests in legal proceedings before the courts, government authorities, and with business partners 5. Work closely with external counsel, Munich headquarters and regional counterparts 6. Support processes related to company seals and e－signatures, contract management system, and other administrative tasks 7. Perform corporate secretarial tasks to prepare shareholder and board resolutions, update company registration, articles of incorporation, and related documentation 8. Assist in controlling the Legal ＆ Compliance budget Details of working hours and wages, whether there is a trial period, enrollment insurance, etc. will be disclosed at the time of the interview with the job seeker |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 1. Qualified Japanese lawyer （bengoshi）2. At least 5 years of experience in an international law firm and/or major in－house legal department 3. IT skills, including MS Office applications （esp. Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel） 4. Strong commercial background, business judgment and ability to qualify potential risks 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and team player 6. Good judgment, common sense, able to find pragmatic solutions in ambiguous environments 7. Able to prioritize and deliver on time while managing many diverse projects 8. Native－level Japanese and at least business－level English （written and spoken） |
