1. Responsible for the implementation of a holistic CRM solution in Japan in alignment with global Company Group strategy, including wholesale ＆ retail market specifications 2. Collaboration with regional data governance teams to design and execute initiatives that make source data available to other platforms across the enterprise. 3. Responsibility to lead CRM Solution Architect and functionally lead the entire Japan CRM team. （Currently located in Japan, Southeast Asia, and a development organization in India）. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 1. University degree in IT, Business or Marketing.2. Strong Project Management （PM） skills with extensive experience in working on highly sophisticated, multi－faceted projects. 3. Experience in automotive industry and other customer marketing a plus. 4. Experience in information technology, specifically around data structures and designing business processes using discrete logic preferred. 5. English ＆ Japanese Mastery Required: Strong fluency; can clearly and confidently describe complex, technical topics to non－technical stakeholders in a simple and unambiguous way. 6. Strong Background in CRM systems and IT system infrastructure. 7. Understanding of holistic CRM processes and solutions, especially how they relate to larger enterprise market strategy. 8. Significant, demonstrable experience in managing cross－functional, virtual teams across many time zones. 9. Highly organized themselves and can organize the work for others. |
