仕事内容 1. Understand, represent and communicate customers pain points, needs and perspectives.  Listening for the concerns hidden in their ideas and figuring out the most effective way to address them
2. Responsible for making decisions that affect technology, UX, design, and product strategy. Collaborates and leads with the most knowledgeable colleague in all these areas simultaneously
3. Research and synthesize market requirements, market and technology trends along with a competitive analysis that feeds the product strategy ＆ road maps
4. Work closely with other product managers to promote and drive common product road map and development strategies

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

1. Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Science or Computer Software－related domain Req
2. Experience interacting with customers, development, and consulting teams, vendor development teams, local and remote resources Pref
3. Knowledge of Software Validation processes and requirements Pref
4. Working knowledge of clinical or regulatory processes, data and content in the Life Sciences industry Pref
5. Critical to be a great listener who communicates obsessively with the customer.
6. Excellent leadership skills.
7. Comfort with business strategy ＆ product feature prioritization
8. Cross－Functional is a must.
9. Ability to go deep on technology trends, architectural questions ＆ road maps
10. Ability to lead ＆ communicate with diverse teams internal and external
11. Iterative prototyping skills for communicating ideas with users
12. Ability to influence change throughout the organization
13. Highly functional in a dynamic ＆ challenging environment
14. Top－notch executive presence ＆ communications superstar
