仕事内容 1. Assist GIA management in performing the planning, fieldwork and reporting related to internal audits identified in the annual audit plan
2. Identify risks and evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls across financial, operational compliance and IT processes
3. Assess the efficiency of operations and compliance with relevant corporate policies and regulations through the execution of audit work programs
4. Assist in key departmental process improvement initiatives and special projects
5. Working with GIA management to communicate audit findings and recommendations, ensuring that all significant areas are appropriately documented and addressed;
6. Identify risk areas to company through planning and fieldwork
7. Building networks and relationships with other functional areas to build support for the audit plans and initiatives

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

1. Bachelor’s
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to summarize audit issues, risks, insights and recommendations
3. Strong organizational and project management skills;
4. Highly proficient in understanding processes, risks and controls across multiple disciplines （financial, operational, compliance, IT）
5. Must be able to prioritize work effectively to meet timelines.
6. Proven ability to deliver quality work product across multiple work streams simultaneously
7. Ability to work through ambiguity

【歓迎（WANT）】

1. Knowledge of current compliance issues facing the pharmaceutical industry, including fraud and abuse issues resulting from interactions with healthcare professionals and reimbursement by government payment programs.
2. Experience with the requirements of Section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley ActForeign language skills
