| 仕事内容 |
1. Oversee and manage the engineering team. 2. Appropriately evaluate the technical skills of engineers and make the most appropriate assignments according to the needs of the project. 3. Create a development plan for engineers, improve technical skills, and maximize the capabilities of each individual. 4. Appropriate technology is used for assets to be developed, and quality is maintained by confirming feasibility and accuracy of plans and conducting risk assessments. 5. Evaluate the skills and quality of vendors, introduce the most suitable vendors as necessary, and perform high－level management. 6. Always keep the motivation of engineers at a high level and maintain high performance of the whole team. 7. Propose technical strategies and directions for CTH, and actively incorporate new technologies. 8. Explain complex technologies and solutions to stakeholders inside and outside the company in an easy－to－understand manner, promote understanding, and support engagement. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 1. 5 plus years of project management experience.2. Ability to manage budget, schedule and quality Crisis management ability, problem solving ability and decisiveness 3. Over 3 years of experience in managing a team of engineers ,cloud platform, etc. 4. Knowledge of other general operation and maintenance, network security, database tuning, agile development, etc. 5. Mind of maximizing product value by applying knowledge of business, technology, UX Vendors can be introduced. |
