1.Investigation of any fraud or scandal such as accounting fraud, quality fraud, bribery, competition law, etc. Provision of services related to bribery, competition law, and human rights compliance, including the following: 2.Compliance program construction support 3.Risk assessment and gap analysis 4.Provision of training 5.Compliance due diligence at the time of corporate acquisition 6.Preparation of regulations 7.Compliance program external evaluation 8.Investigation on contract compliance （investigation to confirm that the other party is in compliance with the contract regarding contracts between private companies, such as license investigation, supplier investigation, distributor investigation） 9.Corporate Crisis Response Support 10.Dispute/Litigation Support Details of working hours and wages, whether there is a trial period, enrollment insurance, etc. will be disclosed at the time of the interview with the job seeker |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 1.Manager or above2.At least 6 years of practical experience in the fields of accounting, legal affairs, and research （Professional services/in－house management departments are acceptable） <Preferred if you have the following experience> 1.Practical experience in fraud investigation/audit/due diligence or transaction－related fields. Alternatively, work experience in an accounting firm or corporate finance and accounting department. 2.Practical experience in crisis response as a lawyer or person in charge of the internal legal department 3.Experience and knowledge of compliance, internal audits, and corporate governance 4.Knowledge of specific industries and business processes 5.Business level English （Able to communicate by email in a timely manner and read and write materials for clients） 6.Japanese certified public accountants or USCPA qualification holders ・Students, lawyers, certified fraud examiners, certified internal auditors, securities analyst qualifications welcome 7.University graduate or above 8.Japanese Native level |
