Ensuring banking partners provide sufficient local liquidity at optimal cost to meet funding requirements of the business. This involves maintaining and renewal of credit facilities with over 30 banks Under the guidance of Treasury’s overall International Funding Strategy （IFS）, evaluate different sources of funding for the Japan market and help develop optimal funding solutions to support evolving business needs. Negotiate and maintain optimal interest rates on local bank credit facilities Closely work with APAC Treasury Operations colleagues （based in India） as and when required on supporting the resolution of payment transactional issues, including language translation support Ensure execution of borrowings and placement of excess funds and fund transfers are completed in a timely manner Provide consultancy and analytical support to the Business on any issues/projects involving float, bank fees, bank accounts, transaction banking services, and other bank products. Also, supporting business with Treasury inputs on new product launches and other business expansion initiatives Partner with Global Payment Services （GPS） Partner Manager to evaluate opportunities to streamline Direct Debit remittance process to increase cash concentration efficiency |

【必須（MUST）】 At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Treasury/Finance/Banking environment working in Japan for global corporations or multi－national Japanese corporations Good knowledge of Japan Banking Industry and Operations, including Japanese payments systems, FX Capital Markets, Money Markets and Derivative Instruments 【歓迎（WANT）】 Degree in either Commerce/Finance/Economics; MBA preferred but not mandatoryStrong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive and self－motivated to complete tasks independently Able to withstand pressure to meet tight deadlines Strong negotiation and relationship management skills |
