■Purpose & Overall Relevance in the Organization The goal of the eCommerce (eCom) team is to deliver one integrated consumer journey to create a premium and seamless experience so that we not only meet their expectations, but also exceed them while meeting our targets when a consumer leaves our touch point. ■Position Summary The Senior Manager eCommerce Partner Platform will oversee the business of the eCommerce Marketplace for which he/she is responsible. He/she will also play a key role to drive strategic priorities to implement the commercial objectives of the assigned partner platform business. At the macro level, the Senior Manager eCommerce Partner Platform is responsible for the following areas in relation to the assigned partner platform: Clearly define the pre-season and in-season merchandising process; Oversee business planning and execution, and financial forecasting for day-day business; Lead as well as develop and grow the team in charge; Own merchandising strategies and delivers financial goals including Net Sales, Costs, margins and contributions. ■Key Responsibilities: ・Drive and Pilot assigned partner platforms sales and implement optimizations. ・Manage and deliver against commercial and operational KPIs for the assigned partner platform. ・Lead and manage the assigned Partner Platform Team and oversee overall operations (M4, P1 JD). ・Represent the assigned accounts internally as an “ambassador” toward all functions. ・Act as a “day-to-day” contact for all Marketplace related to queries on assigned accounts. ・Develop and execute a short-medium term growth strategy for the assigned Partner Platform business to ensure continuous healthy growth. ・Build the execution plans and dedicated activation calendars for the assigned platform in the GTM process and be responsible for leading and ensuring project execution, including business meetings with the platform and collaboration with internal stakeholders. ・Bridge the ecosystem of the assigned platform with the ecosystem and contribute to the development of commercial innovations that will impact the business in the future. ・Create and maintain internal processes to enable us to manage the business and cost optimization more efficiently. ・Drive the Day-Day business for the assigned platform and work closely with counterparts at the same time to build a healthy and sustainable business. ・Take the initiative to test and learn through new challenges to continuously evolve the business and the team. ・Based on existing data and information from the platform, quickly capture latest situation in assigned partner platform and take counter measure with an agility and share them with teams as needed. ・Provide regular reports to stakeholders on the status of the business and the team for which he/her is responsible so they can understand situation and make decisions in a timely manner (MBR, WBR, etc.). ・Revise in-season financial plans when needed to ensure accuracy in forecasting. ・Understand the distribution points, purchase share, competitive range, and pricing strategies for assigned partner platform. ・Responsible for knowing the business issues, plans, products, and consumer landscape for assigned partner platform. ・Establish a high-performance culture and drive employee engagement, leading by example as a role model. ・Identify and develop high-potential talents to fuel the succession plan in the team. ・Support Partner Platforms Director in channel strategy development and channel reporting, and actively engage and contribute to team building. ■KPIs: ・Net Sales, FP-NS%, MKD%, MWB% for the assigned partner platform businesses ・Key digital metrics: traffic, conversion rate, average order value, consumers ratings and others relevant to assigned partner platform business |

【必須(MUST)】 ■Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:・Strong knowledge and experience of the eCommerce industry, including web / internet sales and marketing techniques, order fulfilment strategies, analysis practices, and media marketing and communications capabilities are mandatory. ・Strong business acumen in channel distribution, net sales, margin, profit, and inventory. ・Strong in strategic thinking, ambitious and results & profit oriented. ・Curious and passionate about eCommerce and the contribution of different traffic channels. ・Entrepreneurial mindset – Results & Profit oriented. ・Have an excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, an excellent organizational and planning skill, and an improvement-focused mind able to challenge the norm. ・Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; Convince others inside and outside the organization to accept modified standards or concepts with common desire to reach agreement, but with differing opinions about the procedure. ・Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively inside and outside the level/function/organization, and to write and prepare business correspondences. ・Proven leadership and managerial skills ・Have a strong IT skill across all applications. ・Feel comfortable with working in an international environment. ・Strong interest in fashion and strong love of the brand. ■Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: ・Bachelor’s degree in business administration ・Minimum 5 years of working experience in eCommerce business and ideally have a Sales, Trade Marketing or Merchandising background ・Experience of defining a Mid-term roadmap for optimization across eCommerce business ・Ideally have experience of working internationally and in settings requiring cross-cultural sensitivity ・Advanced Excel and high proficiency in spreadsheet analytical skills and strong PowerPoint skills ・Fluent English skills and Fluent Japanese preferred |
