We are looking for a Fleet Operations Manager who is responsible for the safety, compliance, availability, and cost of the Fleet in Japan. A candidate will need to execute the strategy of the team leverage best practices. This person will play a central role within the larger fleet organization. Key job responsibilities - Support product and programs launches in Japan. To be successful in this role, the Fleet Operations Manager is required to have strong operational knowledge, and understand the conditions of local markets. - Tactically collaborate with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, in order to solve operational needs. The Fleet Operations Manager is responsible for executing a program with ambiguous deliverables and align stakeholders to achieve daily business needs. They will be required to demonstrate the ability to negotiate and influence, showing backbone while dealing with internal and external stakeholders. - Evaluate health and safety of fleet. They will ensure vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with local regulations by performing audits, providing feedback and trends to leadership. - Manage deployment and availability of vehicles in Japan. This will require technical expertise to balance tradeoffs between cost, quality, and speed, and escalating to leadership when needed. - This role might be based in one of our delivery stations in Japan, and requires ability to travel 20-30% of time across the assigned region. 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent- Experience at least in Account management, vendor management, program management and/or consulting within a cross-functional organization - Business level of both Japanese and English - Knowledge of Microsoft Office – specially Excel 【歓迎(WANT)】 - Masters Degree(Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics)- Fleet Management or Operations experience, or equivalent background in mobility services - A history of developing strong, value-added relationships, earning trust with multiple stakeholder groups both internal and external - Ability to handle and prioritize when presented with a high volume of engagements - Excellent communications skills and a high bar for accuracy and detail - This leader can work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment - Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture |
