I. Position Summary Responsible for leading Japan FP＆A process and being the Finance business partner for Japan General Manager. Responsible for financial performance management of Japan. Partner closely with commercial teams on planning ＆ forecasting activities, to ensure accurate and timely forecasts. Be part of the management decision making team by working closely with commercial team to provide value－added financial analysis and insights. Support GM to lead business review and communication within the country. Report Line － Assoc Director, FP＆A, Asia II. Key Responsibilities • Lead FP＆A transition from service provider. • Lead revenue forecast and analysis （key drivers, R＆Os）, margin analysis, operating expense control, profitability improvement continuously. • Support both organic and inorganic business growth opportunities with financial analysis and valuable insights. • Lead planning ＆ reporting cycles, e.g. quarterly projection, annual budgeting and long range planning, by working closely with country general managers and commercial teams, ensuring targets are submitted to system accurately and timely • Lead financial planning reviews with regional team, to ensure effective communication and alignment on targets. • Lead full P＆L variance analysis for actual performance against budget/Projection/Prior Year for the month, QTD, YTD. • Ensure reporting is standardized, in line with regional requirement, and meeting business needs. • Leverage on COE FP＆A team’s support to improve forecasting and reporting processes continuously and to build standardized and insightful reporting and dashboards. • Provide analytics and decision support to management team, such as but not limited to project financials or business case development. • Be proficient in technical skill to enhance productivity, provide actionable insights with analytics and deliver results with commercial team. • Lead market model analysis, business modeling, new business initiative assessment, strategic business planning with commercial leads in each market • Review sales incentive schedule, incentive targets and incentive payout, ensure target is in line with business growth direction, payout is calculated accurately based on measurable and accurate data. • Work with accounting ＆ controllership team to ensure closing is accurate and on time. Ensure controls are in place to prevent and detect any deficiencies in businesses and processes. • Support line manager ＆ General manager on other ad－hoc projects. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Minimum 5－8 years finance working experience, with at least 5 years in FP＆A【歓迎（WANT）】 • Experience in Developed Asia Markets is an advantage. Highly proficient with excel, Power BI, and experience in Macro/BPC/SAP is advantaged. • Collaborative, problem solving－oriented, self－driven and independent, with strong sense of ownership. • Ability to deliver results within tight deadlines, detailed and meticulous. • Good oral and written communication capabilities is required, with both internal and external stakeholders. • Knowledge in US GAAP is preferred. • Bachelor’s Degree in accountancy or finance is a must, certified accountant qualification is an advantage. |
