海外オフィスでの大手日系金融機関へのインフラストラクチャープロジェクトマネジメントのポジションになります。 1. Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations. 2. Infrastructure design, requirements definition, infrastructure implementation. 3. Prepare project documents. 4. Training, motivating and coaching team members. 5. Smooth communication between customer, vendor and the whole team. 6. Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees. 7. Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies. 8. Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives. |

・Salary : negotiable ・Benefits : Group medical ＆ dental insurance, MPF, annual check－up, monthly rank/transportation/communication allowance, double pay, discretional bonus in Mar ＆ Sep. ・Annual Leave : 1st year （10 days）; 2nd year （15 days）; 3rd year onwards （20 days） ・Working Hours : 9:00~17:30; 5 days weekly; Public Holidays |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline. PMP Certified preferred.・Must have more than 5 years of experience in infrastructure （Cisco/VMware/Windows/Linux e.t.c） design and implementation. ・Must have more than 5 years of experience in cloud service （AWS/Azure/M365 e.t.c） design and implementation ・Must have solid experience in infra project management skills （medium scale is ok）. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・金融業界または金融顧客（証券・保険・銀行問わず）へのプロジェクトマネジメント経験あれば尚可（なくても可）その他： ・Articulate, persuasive, good interpersonal skill and service attitude. ・Can work independently, innovative, self－motivated and strong problem solving skills. ・Good management skills on business partner supervisory. ・Good analytical, communication and documentation skills. ・Good command of English and Mandarin. Japanese will be added an advantage. ・Experience in working for a Japanese company is advantage. |
