Manage complete customer project center in Japan for Digital Energy Division, focusing on Hyper Scaler International Data Center in Japan. Include responsibility for the Tendering, Engineering, and Project Management functions deployed for these projects. Responsible for the P&L success of these customer projects, focused on improving profitability and customer satisfaction of customer projects. This position directly reports to Japan Cluster President and functionally dotted reports to Digital Energy Regional System Leader. Core Mission Residing in the Zone Application Centre Competency in General Management, Project Management, Engineering, Tendering etc Address complete Digital Energy offer for IBMS, BMS, PME and Software. Resource for PM, PE, PAE, CM, TM Support for detailed engineering and tendering for Digital Energy element of Multi BU opportunities Support for Zone and Regional project delivery Example of Performance Goal 1) Project Delivery and Management Develop project schedule and communicate with the customer on site to ensure expectations are being met. Direct engagement with third-party vendors. Lead the monitor and control of the performance of the customer’s project through its lifecycle Lead the closeout of the customer’s project Solve problems on site with customer interaction that results in positive feedback and improved relationship. Manage, control and supervision of site activities On time satisfactory project execution GM% improvement vs designed GM% 2) Achieve financial target (Order, Revenue, GM%, CM%). Establish effective forecasting model of project pipeline, order backlog and sales conversion. Drive actions for improving GM% during pre-sales (tendering) and execution of the project with PM team. 3) Engagement of customers (mainly Hyper Scaler International Data Center) and partners. Drive partnership framework and enablement with System Integrator and Installer Build relationship with customers as a local face of Digital Energy and convince our capability to deliver the project. 4) Incubate organizational capability and build sustainable organization. Identify the gap of organizational blueprint for future opportunity and plan a head of curve for organizational development plan. 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 Essential:Graduate in management or an engineering discipline. 5+ years experience managing a Projects/Services function with P&L responsibility. Ability to work with Zone Application Center and any other regional stakeholders with business level English. Proven people management experience, especially with cultural diversity to manage ~20HC local team from 7~8 different nationality for its 70+% Successfully managed significant change programs Desirable: Chartered Engineer status, mechanical and/or electrical engineering degree is a plus. Special Features (work environment, travel requirements) Position will be based in Tokyo, Japan Knowledge Good working experience of managing businesses and management techniques Good working experience and understanding of building construction industry, the way of doing business, and its culture. Data Center experience is a plus. Good understanding of products and services employed in BMS/EPMS and broader offer Good working experience and understanding of the way to work in a multinational company.
