仕事内容	<業務内容> 現地EH&Sリーダーと協力し、ハブ/サイト/ローカルIH(Industrial Hygiene:産業衛生)コンプライアンスのパフォーマンス向上を主導する。産業衛生管理システム（作業プロセス、基準、手順）をサイト/ハブ/ローカルエリア全体に導入することにより、付加価値を高め、事業/サイトおよびハブの目標を達成し、操業許可を維持する。この仕事は、大規模なサイト、複数の工場、またはハブで活用されることを想定しています。 <業務詳細> ・個人の安全、環境、健康を管理するEH&Sメンバーと連携し、業界標準の要件を満たす。（閉鎖空間への立ち入り、高所作業など）・現地の産業衛生管理システム（作業プロセス、基準、手順）の導入を主導する。・現地の産業衛生コンプライアンスのパフォーマンス向上をリードする。・化学物質、騒音、エルゴノミクス、放射線、その他IHに関連する項目について、定性的および定量的な暴露リスク評価を毎年実施する。・現地のIHプログラム（危険意識、バイオセーフティ、人間工学、聴覚保護、呼吸保護、個人保護具、放射線、IAQ、熱ストレス、換気など）を管理し、効果的に実施する。・IH技術者および運用担当者のIHレポート作成を支援する。IHレポートの正確性を確認し、レポート全体のデータを照合してパフォーマンス改善目標を策定し、ギャップを埋めるための計画を実行する。・産業衛生監査のためのデータ収集を指揮する。・地域全体の拠点に対する産業衛生プログラムを調整、実施、最適化する。・産業衛生上の問題や機会に対する事故調査と是正措置プロセスに積極的に参加する。・必要に応じて産業衛生に関するローカルMOCを開始、検討、支援し、暴露リスク評価プロセス（QEA/Medgate）に追加暴露の可能性を説明する責任を負う。・地域の産業衛生資源と作業プロセスを合理化する機会を特定する。・産業衛生暴露データの収集、入力、計算を監督し、暴露報告ツールへの入力を監督する。・代理訪問プロトコルの管理者および実施者として行動する。・放射線安全管理者（該当する場合）、または米国における化学衛生管理者（該当する場合）など、地方自治体が要求する公的な産業衛生の役割を果たす。・IH技術者のコーチング、トレーニング、指導を行う。・IH関連トレーニングを開発、修正し、運用チームに提供する。・現地のIHプログラムに対するガバナンスを実施し、パフォーマンスの向上と操業許可を維持する。・拠点ごとのギャップを特定し、現地の法律や規制を理解する。 Shares with the Local EH&S Leader, the responsibility for leading hub/site/Local IH compliance performance improvement through implementation of the industrial hygiene management system (work processes, standards, procedures) across an entire site/hub/local area in order to add value and to meet business/site and hub objectives as well as maintain the license to operate. This job is meant to be leveraged across a large site, multiple plants or a hub. Responsibilities / Duties Interact with personal safety, environmental and health EH&S members to fulfill the requirements of the shared standards (confined space entry, elevated work) Lead implementation of local industrial hygiene management systems (work processes, standards, procedures) Lead performance improvement of local industrial hygiene compliance. Responsible for completion of annual qualitative and quantitative exposure risk assessments for chemicals, noise, ergonomics, radiation and other IH-related items. Owns and effectively implements the Local IH Programs (E.g. Hazard awareness, biosafety, ergonomics, hearing conservation, respiratory protection, personal protective equipment, radiation, IAQ, thermal stress and ventilation). Help IH techs and Operations personnel write IH reports. Review IH reports for accuracy and collate data across reports to develop performance improvement goals and execute plans to close gaps. Lead the collection of data for industrial hygiene audits. Coordinate, implement and optimize industrial hygiene programs for businesses across the local area. Actively participate in incident investigations and the corrective action process for industrial hygiene issues and opportunities. Initiate, review and support Local MOC for industrial hygiene matters as necessary, and accountable to include additional exposure potentials in the exposure risk assessment process (QEA/Medgate). Identify opportunities to streamline local industrial hygiene resources and work processes. Oversee the collection, input and calculate industrial hygiene exposure data and oversees input into exposure reporting tools. Act as Agency Visit Protocol Owner and implementer. Fulfills local governmentally required official Industrial Hygiene roles such as the Radiation Safety Officer where applicable, or Chemical Hygiene Officer Roles in the US. Coaches, trains and mentors IH technicians. Develop, modify and deliver IH related training to Operations. Perform governance over local IH programs to ensure performance improvement and maintain license to operate. Identify gaps and know local laws and regulations.

応募資格	【必須（MUST）】・産業衛生作業プロセス、サブプロセス、基準、要件、手順を説明し、実施し、実行できる方。・監査役としての役割を果たすことができる方。・インシデント削減の問題点と、問題解決に必要なパフォーマンス改善策を特定できる方。・グリーンベルトレベルのプロジェクト実行能力を有する方。・事故削減と予防措置を実施できる方。・RCIチームリーダー/メンバーの役割を果たすことができる方。・是正処置プロセスに関する実務知識を有し、他者を指導できる方。・システムのパフォーマンスを向上させるための是正措置の実施を開始し、その実施を監視/検証できる方。・RMWPインプリメンターの役割を果たすことができる方。・グローバルおよびサイトのリソース管理者と協力してリソースの交渉ができる方。・産業衛生フォーカルポイントの役割（アスベストフォーカルポイント、放射線フォーカルポイント、呼吸器保護フォーカルポイントなど）を、割り当てに応じて遂行できる方。・産業衛生の専門家を探し、コンタクトをとり、効果的に活用することができる方。・自分が中心となる産業衛生分野において、他者を指導し、積極的に行動変容を促すことができる方。・外部の政府機関との交流に高度に精通している方。・政府から指定されたIHの役割を果たすことができる方。・すべての従業員および請負業者に対して、現場での観察と対話を行い、現場での実行において持続可能かつ前向きな行動変容をもたらすことができる方。・産業衛生の4、5年制技術学位（大学2年生レベル、米国／欧州）必須、修士／上級学位あれば尚可、認定産業衛生士 Critical Success Factors Can describe, implement and perform the industrial hygiene work processes, it's sub processes, standards, requirements and procedures Can perform the Auditor role Can identify incident reduction issues and performance improvement measures needed to resolve issues Project execution capability at the green belt level Can implement incident reduction and preventative actions Can perform the RCI team leader/ member roles Working knowledge of the corrective action process and can coach others on it Can initiate institution of corrective actions to improve system performance and is able to monitor and validate the implementation Can perform the RMWP Implementer role Is able to negotiate resources in cooperation with global and site resource leaders Can perform industrial hygiene focal point roles (asbestos focal point, radiation focal point, respiratory protection focal point, etc.), as assigned Can identify and access and effectively utilize industrial hygiene Subject Matter Experts Can coach and positively influence behavior change in others on the industrial hygiene area for which they are the focal point Must be comfortable and competent at interfacing with external governmental organizations Must be able to fill government assigned IH roles. Must be able to perform field observations and interactions on all employees and contractors that result in positive sustainable behavior change in field execution Experience 4/5 year technical degree in Industrial Hygiene (Second level university degree)(US/Europe) required, masters/advanced degree a plus, Certified Industrial Hygienist
