1. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across business, IT, and C-levels. 2. Handle solution sales and business development, managing the end-to-end sales process. 3. Regularly create a sales pipeline based on industry trends and challenges specific to individual clients. 4. Collaborate with experts in various domains and delivery-service teams to execute optimal solutions and closings. 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 1. Over 5 years of sales experience in enterprise software/services.2. Proactively keep up with industry & IT trends and the latest product information. 3. Experience in problem-solving & proposing solutions (experience in proposing implementations using the latest technology to address challenges faced by clients or towards their goals). 4. Possess strategic and logical thinking, experience in formulating a forward-looking vision, and leading teams/stakeholders towards realizing that vision. 5. Native level Japanese proficiency. 【歓迎(WANT)】 1. Knowledge of the healthcare industry (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, etc.)2. Experience in commercial operations in a pharmaceutical company. 3. Experience in improving commercial operations while working at a strategic or IT consulting firm. 4. Proposal experience in CRM, DWH, or Salesforce. 5. Business level English (reading and writing is acceptable). |
