1. Serving as the finance leader of the Japan Books business and partnering with the Japan Books GM. 2. Developing best in class and automated Finance processes, with the support of BI engineers. 3. Analyzing and tracking ROI of marketing and technology investments and supporting roadmap prioritization processes. 4. Driving annual and multi year strategic planning processes. 5. Communicating financial and business results including variance analyses to senior business leaders. 6. Gathering analytical insights and developing financial frameworks that inform business improvement. 7. Managing weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting, including operational performance metrics. 8. Performing deep dive analyses to develop recommendations and impact the decision making of senior leadership. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 1. BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field （e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science） or equivalent.2. Minimum 7 years of finance experience, or master’s degree and 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience . 3. English language fluency, both orally and written. Japanese language abilities helpful, but not required. 4. MBA and or CPA. 5. Highly analytical and detail oriented with advanced financial modelling and reporting skills. 6. Independent and entrepreneurial attitude showing the ability to work with minimal direction in a fast－paced and rapidly changing environment. 7. Experience with understanding complex process flows and driving process improvements. 8. Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical capabilities with ability to model new growth scenarios to help business partners make sound financial decisions. 9. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, growing and ambiguous environment. 10. Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills. |
