■組織の役割 R＆D for dialog generation for characters whose response is enjoyable, contextual, and natural as if it has human－like emotions and preferences. This technology is expected to be used in games, metaverse, and other Web services to enable people to enjoy conversations and receive information. Here are some examples. ■担当予定の業務内容 ・R＆D of fundamental technology in natural language processing such as natural language generation, spoken language understanding, multi－turn dialog analysis, sentiment analyis, commonsense knowledge graph, corpus development, etc. ■想定ポジション Researcher in R＆D Center ■描けるキャリアパス ・Future options include technical leaders/managers in specialized areas. ・Paper submission to international conferences ■職場雰囲気 ・By utilizing telework, you can conduct research and development while balancing your work life. |

勤務時間 標準労働時間帯 9：00～17：30（勤務時間：7時間45分 休憩：45分） コアタイム 9：30～15：30として出勤退勤時間を選択できるフレックスタイム制あり 時間外労働あり 休日 土日、祝日 休暇 年次有給休暇 （初年度6～17日、勤続年数に応じて最大24日） 給与 ※経験や能力を考慮の上、当社規定により決定いたします。 ※通勤費を別途支給いたします。 賞与 年2回支給（6月、12月） 社会保険 健康保険、厚生年金保険、雇用保険、労災保険 |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 All of the following conditions must be met.・Master’s degree in natural language processing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, closely related areas or equivalent practical experience. ・Knowledgeable in Python, C/C＋＋, and Linux/Unix. 5 years of experience with one or more general purpose programming languages. ・2 years of experience in machine learning fields and NLP, using common frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. ・Research ability demonstrated by a research track record of conference papers, open－source software, or other scientific activities ・It is desirable to have Ph.D, or higher qualification in natural language processing, artificial intelligence and machine learning. 求める語学力 TOEIC Over 800 ・Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically. |
