Our network of drivers and delivery service providers is growing rapidly, and to support this growth we are seeking Sr. Program Managers to join a newly formed Driver Experience team in Logistics Japan. In this high-impact and complex role, you will collaborate with different program teams to define and develop new initiatives, products and features in order to continuously improve engagement throughout the driver lifecycle. You will act as gatekeeper of the driver experience, which will include diving deep to uncover root causes of driver pain points, finding long-term solutions to address them and developing strategies to manage and analyze interactions. We’re seeking people who enjoy ambiguity and designing two-way door experiments to validate driver experience initiatives, and who have demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems and mange competing priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, someone who is detail-oriented and well organized, and is able to make effective high judgment calls. You will also need to be an effective cross-team collaborator, with the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders. *We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Key job responsibilities • Work across program, product and tech teams to standardize driver impacting initiatives and develop mechanisms to continuously improve the driver experience • Draw insights from data, analyze and solve business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context • Understand and react to driver sentiment and needs to escalate pain points, recommend product/service changes, and seek new opportunities to gain feedback through existing and newly developed channels • Understand where the largest areas for improvement are as well as continuously improving existing mechanisms to get the most qualitative feedback • Own the definition and delivery of programmatic improvements that address defects and reduce driver attrition |

応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field• 5+ years of experience in program or project management • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery for large projects, and communicating results to senior leadership • Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies • Business level of English and Japanese 【歓迎(WANT)】 • MBA or a Master’s degree in a related field• 5+ years of experience in a related industry • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment among a diverse set of stakeholders and teams • Ability to think strategically and creatively whilst also executing operationally with high attention to detail • Critical thinker and ideas-driven in finding new solutions/ designing innovative methods, systems and processes • Advanced Japanese and English language skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage priorities well • Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture |
