仕事内容	【募集ポジション】このポジションの業務は、プラントにおいて、生産に甚大な影響を及ぼす問題に対処するため、エンジニアリングサポートを提供すること、および設備の可用性と保守性を向上させるため、機器ベース/修理技術ベースでの技術的専門知識を提供することです。日々、概念的かつ実践的な知識を増やし、対応能力の幅を広げることが求められます。【業務内容】・根本原因調査において、機器の故障や修理技術に関する専門家としての役割を果たす。・保守作業の規則を策定する。・故障のトラブルシューティング、修理、機器が意図された使用条件または既存の使用条件を満たすように設計されているかどうかの評価に関する技術的な専門知識を作業員に提供する。・作業依頼書に修理の詳細に関する技術的な情報が含まれていることを確認し、プロセスに重要な機器について、情報の相違に対しオフライン/オンラインでの技術サポートを提供する。・修理、修理技術、機器固有のトレーニングを文書化し、利用できるようにする。・グローバルプロジェクトの進め方について保守に関する意見を提供する。・必要に応じ、予防保守コーディネーターをサポートし、既存設備のスペアパーツリストをレビューする。・品質、サービス、製品性能情報を報告システムに入力する。・保守戦略をサポートするために、保守予算の策定に参加する。・適宜、基準が守られていることを確認するために、作業にエンジニアリングの観点から意見を提供する。特に、重要な機器のターンアラウンド作業の指示書作成においてエンジニアリングの観点から意見を提供する。・機器の信頼性と性能データを技術リソースネットワークに提供し、機器の購入要件、機器の性能評価、ベンダーの性能、METの修正に反映させる。・EH&Sオリエンテーションおよびすべての必要なトレーニングを完了する。行動模範を示し、怪我なく、機器へ損傷を与えることなく安全に作業する。製造エリアおよび保守エリアにおいて、全てのEH&S要件を遵守する。・産業衛生およびその他EH&S作業プロセスをサポートする。保守計画の実施において安全に配慮する。構造材料や潤滑におけるプロセス化学のメカニズムを理解する。・担当エリアにおいて保守費用、信頼性に関する保守メトリクスを使用する。担当エリアの設備保守戦略の目的と関連する設備故障の履歴を理解する。・設備故障が保守費用に与える影響を分析し、改善の機会を特定する。信頼性に関連するMOC(Management of Change)を、関連リーダーと連携しながら、担当エリアにおいて効果的に実施する。長期所有コストの原則を理解する。指導の下、担当エリアの保守費用の分析とトラブルシューティングを行う。 [About the role] Provides engineering support to address plant issues that are impacting production over a short period of time. Provides technical expertise which may be equipment based or repair technique based that impacts the availability and maintainability of the facility. Requires expanded conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and broadens capabilities. [Responsibilities / Duties] Serves as a subject matter expert in equipment failures and repair techniques during root cause investigations. Develops maintenance operating discipline. Provides technical expertise to plant personnel on troubleshooting failures, repairs, and evaluating whether equipment is designed to meet its intended or existing service conditions. Ensures that work requests include engineering input on repair details and if necessary provides onsite/offsite technical support for deviations from this data, for equipment that is critical for the process. Ensures repairs, repair techniques and equipment specific training are documented and made available. Provides maintainability input to Global Project Methodology activities. Supports the preventive maintenance coordinator, as required, in reviewing spare parts list for existing equipment. Enters quality, service and product performance information into the reporting system. Participates in developing the maintenance budget to support the maintenance strategy. Provides engineering input for work packages to ensure standards are followed, as required. Provides input on development of work orders during development of turnaround work particularly on critical equipment requiring engineering review or input. Provides equipment reliability and performance data to the technical resource networks for input into equipment purchasing requirements, evaluation of equipment performance, vendor performance, and modifications to MET. Completes EH&S orientation and all required training. Exhibits safe work behaviors and works safely without injury or insult to the environment. Fulfills all requirements of the production area and/or maintenance area EH&S. Supports Industrial Hygiene and other EH&S work process activities. Incorporates safety considerations in planning and maintenance implementation. Understands impact of process chemistry with respect to materials of construction or lubrication. Uses maintenance spending, reliability, and maintenance metrics for assigned area. Understands objectives of the Facility Maintenance Strategy for assigned areas and relevant history of equipment failures. Analyzes impact of equipment failures on maintenance spending to identify improvement opportunities. Initiates reliability related MOCs and effectively implement change in own area of responsibility in coordination with appropriate leadership. Understands principles of Long Term Cost of Ownership. Analyzes and troubleshoots maintenance spending in assigned area with coaching.
労働条件	【勤務地】千葉市原【労働条件】契約期間：期間の定めなし試⽤期間：あり（6カ⽉）就業時間：9:00〜17:30（フレックス）休⽇：⼟⽇、祝⽇残業：10～20時間（夜の会議対応）国内出張：あり、2～3日／週国外出張：あり、2～3回／年年収：700万円〜1000万円年収備考：年収の約15％は変動賞与、パフォーマンス評価及び会社業績により3月で支給社会保険：健康保険、厚⽣年⾦、労災保険、雇⽤保険他の福利厚生：企業型拠出年金、GLTD、社員株持ちプログラム、諸休暇完備、有給取得率高い
応募資格	【必須（MUST）】１．大学卒もしくは修士卒。専門はケミカルエンジニアリング、メカニカルエンジニアリング、電子系エンジニアリング、素材関係の専門２．３年以上工場での設備関係エンジニアリングの経験３．英語日常会話レベル以上、日本語母国語レベル
