■Job Profile Summary A key part of the Global HR team, the Associate Director of Global HR Communications and Change Management, will be responsible for developing clear and effective communications for the ongoing HR transformation across the our Group. This role will be involved in various essential projects such as, but are not limited to, the global job grading structure, the global performance management model, the global HRIS, global culture initiatives, and the global reorganization (project Connect). This role will work closely with regional and international our colleagues, as well as with external entities, to ensure the development and execution of strategic change communication plans. The Associate Director will contribute to the development of these plans and, most importantly, deliver resonant messages to all our employees and beyond, leveraging excellent verbal and written communication skills. The role also requires strong skills in managing multiple stakeholders and the ability to collaborate across different communication channels to ensure that all change communications from various teams are streamlined. ■Responsibilities ・Develop and implement clear communication strategies for global and regional audiences. ・Create communications tactics and messages to all employees and beyond, including presentation materials and talking points for internal/external meetings, written communications, video messages, etc. ・Design and execute change communication plans, constantly evaluating their effectiveness and making improvements as needed. ・Lead and oversee the creation of various global communication materials. ・Collaborate closely with local and international teams to ensure consistent messaging. ・Partner across stakeholders to Integrate and control all communications from initiatives across HR. ・Ensure all change communications are streamlined and aligned with the Global HR Vision and strategy. |

応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ・10+ years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or related roles・Relevant change management experience, demonstrating subject matter expertise of change communications and a winning track record of successful outcomes of strategic initiatives ・Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies for a global organization ・Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to refine complex concepts into clear, compelling messages ・Native-level English (required) and native-level or fluent Japanese (highly preferred). ・Strong relationship skills, and the ability to manage various internal and external stakeholders. Education Qualifications (from an accredited college or university): ・Bachelor's Degree in science, business, or liberal arts 【歓迎(WANT)】 ・Experience supporting (or working in) human resources or related function with communications (e.g., employee engagement and change management, employer branding, culture, people strategy, etc.) (highly preferred)・Healthcare communications experience Education Qualifications (from an accredited college or university): ・Advanced Degree 【Other requirements】 ・Occasional travel for company meetings and domestic/international trips. Flexibility in working hours for meetings with global teams across different time zones. |
