Job Overview: Associates and Senior Associates are responsible for the day-to-day analytical work and solution-crafting within our team. Throughout your work with us, you will be working closely in tight-knit teams with our principals to apply commercial expertise and rigorous analysis to solving real-world problems facing aviation industry players. From day one, you will participate in tasks such as market research, data analysis, and building strategic recommendation reports. You will take part in exciting projects and have a direct stake in helping our aviation-sector clients. Your job responsibilities will grow as you continuously hone your skillset, including use of business analytics and presentation skills to help deliver value to our clients on a daily basis. Work Experience: • Associates should have participated in a previous business-related internship, offering skills transferable to the Associate role. • Senior Associates should have 2-5 years of aviation/aerospace industry working experience and/or relevant consultancy work experience. Candidates will also be considered with a strong background from other industries/positions offering relevant transferable skills (e.g., investment banking, management consulting).
