仕事内容 1. Coordinate with all stakeholders to set up procedure or business flow for internal control system implementation and periodic review
2. Proactively communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for corporate project management and action follow-up
3. Create reports based on data analysis results for senior managers and/or executives
4. Interpretation, translation, attending related meetings, taking meeting minutes and action follow-up
5. Corporate-level event preparation and ad-hoc assignment
労働条件 １．Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 　(Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
２．Working Days & Hours - 8:30～17:30

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

1. 3-5 years in the areas of Corporate Support, ESG, Government Affairs, and/or Internal Control experiences
2. Language: Fluent in Japanese and English required. Mandarin is not required but preferred
3. Excellent Microsoft PPT/Excel/Word skills
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
5. Problem solvers with critical thinking
