Responsibilities Primary Duties Management of JTC and cross location customer projects according to project process Management of customer relationship Strategic / Business Development Tasks Create business opportunities by managing the customer relationship in the project Operational Tasks Successful project execution in terms of technical target achievement, customer satisfaction, project budget and schedule utilizing project management tools Representation in front of the customer Leading JTC and cross location project teams Support concern reporting and claim management Support of sales organization in business development, project preparation and execution Project related documentation and data management according to quality regulations Regular project status reporting and escalation when necessary Managing project deviations, define and execute countermeasures and monitor their effect Initiate and moderate project related lessons learned for continuous improvement |

【必須（MUST）】 RequirementsUniversity degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience in engine and powertrain development or testing High motivation and willingness to learn Good skills in MS Office applications Fluent English skills / native Japanese preferred Independent and proactive working style Team－work oriented |
