募集の背景： 弊社の創薬研究はFIC/BICに特化し、中分子や改変抗体のみならず様々な新規分子を扱うため、DMPKや生体試料分析においても従来技術の延長では評価困難となっている。常に最新技術で独自評価系を構築するために多様な分子を扱った経験および外部にも広い人脈を持つエキスパートを外部から取り入れて連続的イノベーションを創造する環境を整備することが必須となっている。 仕事内容： 様々な新規分子形を有するバイオロジクスの薬物動態特性をメカニズムに基づき定量的に明らかにし、分子最適化の方向性を提示すると共にヒトPKPD予測を通してプロジェクトの成功確率を提示する。 技術課題解決のための新技術確立、ならびにアカデミアや海外関連会社との共同研究を通じた外部からの技術導入の推進役を担う。 Background to recruitment: To accelerate the DMPK and Bioanalysis studies of new types of molecule, not only middle-sized molecules, engineered antibodies, we need to develop innovative technologies and methods, and this requires experts who have related experience and a broad scientific network. Description of work: Propose the direction of molecule optimization and sucusses rate of project by understanding the mechanism of DMPK properties of novel molecules and predicting human PKPD. To establish new technologies for overcoming certain technological hurdles, as well as facilitating licensing-in of outside technologies through research collaborations with academia or with affiliate companies overseas . |
