Responsible for the strategic and commercial development of defined global key accounts
Acts as an orchestrator for customer-related topics within organization

Different internal GKAM maturity levels to be defined (e.g. junior, expert, senior)

Works full-time in a designated organization!

Live total ownership of the customer: responsible for end-to-end customer experience
Positioning of company in Pre-Feed phase
Lead global tenders and alignment (spec-in)
Negotiate frame contracts and price agreements and enforce them globally
Understanding the market strategy of the key account and derivation of relevant strategic actions for company
Analyze, understand and translate customer pain points and needs to maintain and expand business
Formulate and communicate trends, expectations and corresponding data to the right recipients within company
Manage, synchronize and orchestrate buying center of the customer and company selling center
Represent the customer's voice and be the advocate of the customer within company – but also represent company’s point of view
Monitor key performance and risk indicators against budget and set up corresponding actions
Initiate escalation process when needed
Contribution to further development of the KAM community by systematic best practice exchange

Team Lead (if assigned):
Central contact person for all GKAM topics within the dedicated vertical
Regular exchange with Director GKAM
Transport GKA customer requirements into organization, esp. Solution Sales (e.g. new products)
Best practice sharing for vertical
 
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking as well as holistic/systemic acting
Customer- and sales-oriented mindset
Technological savviness, curiosity and energy to drive change
Analytical and structured way of working
Ability to transfer, communicate and convince
Prioritize and manage projects & processes in a self-organized and agile manner
Excellent skills with common office and sales tools
Bachelors or Masters degree with an economical and/or technical background
Min. 3 years experience in sales – preferably in Key Account Management
Negotiation-proof English language skills in speaking and writing – other language skills appreciated
Confident appearance with the ability to deal with resistance and concerns of others
Willingness to travel globally
